This place was a pleasure to stay at. So peaceful and quiet. Sitting on the deck drinking coffee every morning, fishing in the pond. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. We will definitely return, and it might be to stay in Alabama. Thanks so much. Dean and Donna

This is a quiet, peaceful setting and a very cozy little cabin, with enough space and comfort for two. The location was perfect for our plans to visit with friends and family in the area. Although close to the host's home, it faces woods and a stream, making it feel more remote. A very enjoyable stay!

This place was perfect for our needs... especially having an attached garage... extremely helpful when you have a motorcycle and rainy weather, lol. Our host was great and very accommodating.

Set in the back of the yard, this peaceful little apartment loft was cozy, comfortable and quiet . The location was perfect, with a park nearby and 12 South shopping and restaurants within easy walking distance. Lori has taken care to provide all of the amenities anyone could ask for including a French press, which delighted my husband! The bed was extremely comfortable with nice linens and pillows. The stairs were well lit and the loft was decorated with comfortable chairs, a gorgeous plant and fun, whimsical notes. Everything was spotless and the a/c unit was easy to use. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would highly recommend staying here. We will definitely plan on staying there again!

It was an ideal setting for what I needed and close to Franklin where I needed to no. Elizabeth and Ricky were perfect hosts and the space was quirky, darling, unusual, comfortable, had everything we needed, it was just right!

Our stay at the Garden House was fantastic. Even before we arrived our hosts answered all our questions and gave us some great local recommendations for places to check out. The house itself is peaceful and open, with plenty of natural light making it an ideal space to relax in after exploring Nashville! The surrounding neighbourhood is very walkable, we loved being able to go out to local spots and stroll back. If we could’ve stayed longer, we would’ve!

We would definitely stay here again!

We had such a great stay at Collin's placr! The neighborhood is adorable and peaceful, with plenty of food options in walking distance. Collin was super helpful providing us with lots of recommendations in the area, and we were impressed with everything we tried! The house comfortable and exactly as described. Highly recommend!

Amazing stay. The photos do not do this stay justice. It was so beautiful. Very cozy place to either go “Glamping” and or just have a nice retreat. She a very responsive and respectful host. Gave the clearest instructions, and her land is beautiful. The goats and ducks are very friendly. I will 100% be coming back here to visit my family again.

We absolutely loved our time here. The home honestly feels brand new and so cozy! Everything is exactly as pictured and described with such attention to detail. The beds were comfy, the kitchen and bathroom very well stocked. The house is located in a really lovely residential area but only a short walk to restaurants and shops. We felt very safe and comfortable even coming in very late both nights we were there. It’s easy and inexpensive to catch an Uber into town. Highly recommend this spot! We would definitely come back again.

My mom and I felt safe and at peace during our weekend at Annie’s guesthouse. The place was clean and secure, and Annie was very communicative with us the whole weekend. Loved our stay :)

We enjoyed our stay at Alece’s place! The space was well appointed and very comfortable. We loved exploring the adorable neighborhood which offers a quiet retreat once you’ve had your fill of downtown Nashville. The neighbors were very quiet, with the exception of a little barking from the dog next door. This didn’t bother us as we are up early and love animals. Perfect hotel alternative. Could not recommend more!

Ronnie and Bridget’s guest house in Powell is a clean, well maintained, and comfortable place to stay. We felt at home right away and were very happy there. Our hosts are generous and very easy to work with. They care about their property and it shows in the details. Quiet, clean, and comfortable. Perfect

My husband and I stayed here for my birthday and we had the best time! The space is cozy and clean with everything you might need. Bethany was very kind and responsive and offered tons of helpful information. She also wrote me a sweet card for my birthday and left us some treats. Above and beyond hospitality! Last but not least, the location is incredible! We loved being able to walk the 12 South neighborhood and have such easy access to coffee, restaurants and shopping. 10/10 stay!

Kyle and Renay's home was lovely and had all the comforts of home. It was located close to a number of things to do and see. Kyle and Renay were very easy to contact with questions and gave us very helpful information on how to navigate the city. We would definitely seek "The Birdhouse" out again when in Nashville!

I have stayed at many Airbnb’s, but this might be my favorite. Not only was it so peaceful, roomy, and priced reasonably, but the salt water pool was the icing on the cake for this swimmer! And the hosts were so kind to help me in and out with my luggage and even sprayed my car off before I departed!

The loft ,tucked into the Blue Ridge mountains is a fabulous retreat to relax and unwind. Away from the hustle and bustle but a short drive to Blue Ridge. The views out the windows and off the deck were breathtaking. A cozy and comfortable loft with everything we needed. Melvin welcomed us and showed us around and was such a great host. He recommended great places to eat and some great nearby hikes to try out. The yard outside the loft was beautiful with the lovely flower beds and adorable chickens running through the yard. We also enjoyed Bo the pup who was so sweet. We well definitely stay here again when we go back up toward the Blue Ridge area.

Elaine was a very good host and her husband John was very friendly also. The house was in a very nice area and beautifully maintained and very,very clean. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the necessary supplies as well as the bathroom. The washer/dryer was a definite bonus! Thanks again for sharing your house with us!
