Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Temple City

Janet’s place was so cozy and made us feel at home. All check in details are super clearly written out and photographed - unfortunately I missed them at first because Airbnb’s user interface made it seem like I couldn’t scroll past the door code image. Being from San Francisco, we appreciated the AC units in both the living room and bedroom. Great location and parking onsite was convenient / not too far from the unit itself. My husband and I did have to coordinate a little bit if we both wanted to be in the bathroom at the same time as it was a bit of a narrow space, but it wasn’t a huge issue at all. Would definitely recommend!

Comfortable and private living space.

I had a lovely stay. This was the perfect size for me and had a nice location.

Place was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures. Definitely would book again. Only thing is the neighbors could be a little nosy at times.

Wie waren für 3 Nächte dort. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße in einem guten Wohnviertel. Durch die proaktiven Anweisungen die Vermieterin und die gute Beschreibung lies sich die Wohnung leicht finden und mit einem persönlichen PIN-Code öffnen. Ein Parkticket für einen Stellplatz an der Strasse lag wie vereinbart bereit. Die Wohnung ist modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, alles sieht noch sehr neu und gepflegt aus. In der Umgebung sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Tankstellen und Restaurants in nur wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Ein idealer Ausgangpunkt um das laute Los Angeles zu erkunden aber trotzdem ruhig und sicher zu übernachten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Natasha was the best host I have met! Respond to my message quickly and very understanding. The unit was small but sweet, had everything I needed. I liked the decoration. Only thing is that it was a bit difficult to walk my dog in the neighborhood as a lot of neighbours have dogs that will bark when we walked by. We encountered off leash dogs twice and had to run back.

Thomas’ place was great and as described in the photos. Very clean, sheets smelled wonderful! My husband likes to rate the bathroom shower and this was a 10/10!

The house was pristine clean, comfortable and luxurious. HUGE washer and dryer, fridge, shower was impeccable, and the bathtub was very large and deep. I would definitely stay here again.

Steven was a fantastic host—friendly, accommodating, and very responsive. The home was perfect for our one-night stay: clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. He was also flexible and easy to work with, allowing us an early check-in and a late check-out, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend staying here!

Thank you Emily for being a friendly host for our 2-night stay in your listing! She allowed us to check in earlier to accommodate our very tight schedule on the day of arrival. She was also extremely kind, helpful, and welcoming through our entire stay. We loved how the bedroom is a separate room from the kitchen, living, and dining area so everything felt like a neat and organized little home. There are plenty of windows to let air flow through the unit as well, and a nice shaded carport to park during the very sunny weekend. Thank you Emily for having us!

It was very nice, and clean. I was a little worried it wasn’t going to feel private since it was shared but it absolutely felt private. The neighborhood was nice and there is good coffee and good food just down the street. The pool was lovely and the back yard was peaceful

This is a beautiful home. Exceptionally clean, spacious, quiet and, for us, perfectly situated. Iveth is very helpful and an excellent communicator. If we come back to Sierra Madre we will try to come back here.

This was a great find in Baldwin Park. Close to countless coffee shops and restaurants so if you want to get work done during the morning and have fun in the evenings, this place is perfect

Caren's place was very clean. Living room was roomy and clean with a comfortable couch. The bedroom was decent size and the mattress was very comfortable. The bathroom stood out as far as cleanliness . The kitchenette has everything I needed for my week long stay ( cooking ware , dishes, pots, coffee maker, etc...) . Finally , the unit and area is quiet and peaceful. The location suited me well since my main commute was to DTLA. In Los Angeles there are not that many options when it comes to having the whole unit to yourself and Caren's place exceeded what I expected when I booked the place.

Hanna’s place was very beautiful and a great place to stay at for the weekend. Everything was as described and clean.

Jenny was very quick to respond when we had a request, it was comfortable and well laid out. The fenced in patio and walkway were great for our dog and we didn’t have any problems with the street parking. The location was great for what we needed and just a few blocks to walk for great restaurants. Would stay here again.

Selina was a very responsive host with a nice little place. Very clean and no frills. Bonus points for the gated private parking spot. If you are looking for a place to stay, with all the essentials and at a fair price, I would highly recommend.

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

Nice place. Quiet. I had no issues getting in. The bathroom was clean. Kitchen was clean. They had a steamer for my clothes which was nice as well.

Booked for the rooftop pool view and it did not disappoint. The parking spot was a nice bonus. The unit itself was nice. Comfy bed, big tv, very clean. As others mentioned, it’s very bright; bring an eye mask if you don’t want to be up with the sunrise.

William has a great host. His place was well furnished and had comfortable couches and beds. It was spacious enough for my family and I. I really liked the free parking spot that was included with the booking. It was in a quiet neighborhood and there was plenty of restaurants and shops that were about a 10 minute drive from the place. I recommend this booking!
