Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Tempe

What a great place to stay! We had 3 kids with us, and the pool and inside games were great to have! The house was clean, as was the pool. Lots of room for 8 of us to spread out and not be on top of each other. We loved staying here!

John Paul’s home in Tempe is absolutely beautiful! The listing photos are spot-on and truly reflect how the house looks in person. The exterior is just as lovely, with a clean driveway, charming walkway, and a peaceful neighborhood vibe. I especially loved that the park is right across the street—such a nice bonus! Inside, the home is bright and welcoming. The kitchen is stunning and offers a great view of the backyard and pool area. Speaking of the pool—it was warm, clean, and even had floaties ready to go! It’s the perfect setup for relaxing or having fun. Although I only stayed one night, I genuinely wish I could’ve stayed longer. The master bedroom’s bathroom was luxurious and such a highlight of the space. John Paul was an amazing host—super kind and accommodating. He gave us access to the garage and was very understanding when I accidentally brought my pet after forgetting to mention it. He even waived the pet fee since I had already paid. We had a wonderful stay! Andrew's place is gorgeous and very well appointed. The location is great and very accessible to Tempe and Mesa. There are many thoughtful details, and the home is designed to make guests feel at home and have fun. Very highly recommended.

Sam was an excellent host. She was accommodating when I requested an early check-in due to coming from out of state. She made sure to awsner my questions in a timely manner. The house was gorgeous and was well designed. Felt like we were right at home. Enjoyed the multiple amenities that were located in the house. Would recommend to anyone looking for an affordable and quiet place to stay. Thanks once again.

I cannot say enough good things about this beautiful home! So cozy and spacious. Immaculately clean! The backyard was an awesome hangout space. The neighborhood was so quiet and lovely. The home was a perfect location. We were always only about 15 mins from anything we wanted to do. We will absolutely stay here again when we return to AZ!

This was such a great place to stay for the several days we were in Arizona. The house was beautiful inside and rooms were perfect! Everything was clean and included all amenities needed for a perfect couple day getaway for our family! The pool was great, so very relaxing and always the perfect temperature for those hot June days in Tempe. We want to thank our host so much, this was the perfect place to stay! Our daughter was at a USA Swimming Camp at ASU and this was the perfect place for us to stay while she trained!

The place was spotless and exactly how the photos looked. Amenities were great and was super cozy for the 10 days we were in town. Would definitely stay here again.

Third time here, third unit, ALL AMAZING! I’ve been staying in these units since 2019 every time I come to a Phoenix. They are the best! Conveniently located, immaculate, and awesomely designed/decorated. Every time I come I make sure to get one of Derek’s units. Cannot recommend enough!!!

Lodging was as described, and as others have noted, more than we needed! I was in town for a show at MIM, so the location was terrific, being proximate to HWY 51. I would stay here again. Communication was clear and friendly, and very responsive.

Beautiful modern suite with sunset view to mountains from deck on 7th floor on popular Roosevelt Row. Less than mile to convention center with outdoor private pool, many great restaurants and beer gardens nearby plus live jazz many nights nearby. Hosts very responsive.

This was definitely one of the best places i’ve stayed in Arizona before! Great place to stay for long trips and met all of our needs perfectly!! Will definitely book again!!

We had a great stay at the cool and cozy condo. The unit was very clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable, there were plenty of towels and supplies, and though we did not cook during our short stay, the kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to cook. The location is great and we enjoyed the coffee shop across the street. The complex was really quiet, the AC worked great during the hot weather we had, and we were glad to have a covered parking spot. We would definitely stay again on a future visit to Scottsdale.

The place was perfect for my needs and as described. It was comfortable, private, and at a great location for me. As opposed to downtown hotels, it was easy to navigate and had convenient parking. I will certainly make this my first choice when I need to stay near downtown in the future.

Cute, clean, quaint condo on a beautiful peaceful property. Stocked with basic essentials (even shampoo, conditioner and K cups for coffee) as well as what you’d typically expect. Great communication with Lil. If you’re staying in the Chandler area, id highly recommend!

Our family went for my sisters graduation to AZ. We love Scottsdale so this is a great place to stay if you like the area. The pool is a plus and it is very quite area. Very clean place.

My husband and I stayed in Evelyn’s unit for 2 nights when my niece graduated from ASU. It is such a convenient location and Evelyn was a great host with prompt communication. The place was well stocked with plenty of towels, soap, pillows, blankets and plenty of things in the kitchen. We totally felt at home and we would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!

The hosts were awesome! They were super responsive to all my questions before and during my stay. The location was perfect, very peaceful and not far from old town scottsdale. Check-in was easy and the space was as described. Highly recommend.

Alice was an excellent host and provided a fantastic space to meet our needs. The rental is convenient to the University, yet still quiet and restful. We loved the intimate patio in the early morning while it was still cool. The neighbors were very friendly as well. We would definitely stay again!

I picked this particular location because of its proximity to Sloan park. Unfortunately, my son’s team got knocked out of the tournament in the first round. The one downside with AirBnb in general is the cancellation policy. I understand the owner wants to keep to the cancellation policy and unfortunately, once spring training is over, those locations are probably hard to book. I just wish I could have left early and gotten a partial refund. Lesson learned.

Had a great stay! Ryan was more than hospitable and the place was perfect! I missed in the description that there was an attached garage. Talk about a life saver in the hot Arrizona sun! Will look to stay again when in town :)

Our stay was great and Erick accommodated a very specific request from us that required him going above and beyond on a holiday. He was very communicative and handled our request —and then some. The place was perfect for our needs especially each bedroom having its own bathroom. Kitchen was well equipped and the location was perfect for our visit for our son’s graduation from ASU. I would absolutely stay here again or at another of Erick’s properties.
