Holiday rentals with a kayak in Telemark

We had a very nice week in Terje's home. The house was nice and lived up to the description. We were 6 adults and 2 children, it worked really well, several had probably been a little squeezed 😄 Terje gave really nice instructions, and it worked easily to get in with the key box. The place was easy to find, if you just remember to read the fine instructions and not just follow google maps, because then you end up a little too far up. 😆 We had brief contact with Terje during the stay, due to problems with a bathroom, and the response was quick and nice. Very nice place, super good as a base for motorcycle holidays as we used it for. We'd love to come again!

Great house, Open plan lounge with fire which was a lovely treat after a long day, great lounging space and the kitchen had everything we needed. Bedrooms were large , comfy, and quiet, lovely hot shower. The house was just perfect and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Emils instructions were spot on and finding the correct parking that suited us was easy based on his pictures and comments to us.

Fantastic find, Olav made us feel so welcome and helped us throughout. We were sad to leave! The house is beautiful and in a very peaceful location, but amenities are nearby. Great location for skiing not far from the house too at Gautefall.

Beautiful house with great interior and large garden. The house was in a great location walking distance to the town and very close to the water. Had all amenities that we needed and really enjoyed our stay. Communication was very good . Perfect house for a family

We have had a wonderful week at Skåtøy. Came to a clean, tidy and cozy house that had got everything one would need. We spent a lot of time on the private jetty with a lovely view of the sea and quiet surroundings. Kayak and rowboat were well used. Cozy host, with whom we had good communication. Where we'd love to come back😊

A fantastic house right on the lake – one of the best Airbnbs we've ever booked! Everything was perfect: loving furnishings down to the last detail, fresh flowers to welcome you, Nespresso machine, washing machine, dishwasher, kayak, SUPs, boat - nothing was missing. It was very, very clean in every room! The large windows offer a breathtaking view of the lake from almost every room. As a fisherman, fishing was an absolute highlight for us: we could catch fine trout and perch right in front of the house. The surroundings are also great: beautiful hiking trails, good restaurants, the sea in 20 min., next town in 10–15 min. The hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating – you can feel the love with which this house is maintained. We can recommend it 100% and will be happy to come back! ❤️

It's a great value, new and modern with quality solutions. Great location for those who want some peace and quiet in beautiful surroundings and at the same time not too far away from shops. Very good response and service from host, recommended!

We thouroughly enjoyed our stay at Bentes place! The cabin was just as described and so peaceful to be at. Bente was very helpful and quick to respond, and we thought the cabin was a good price. Cozy without water and electricity, the cabin had some nice board games and a good set up in the kitchen as well. That said it had some extra luxuries like a pump in a sink solution to wash hands or a gas run fridge. Thanks for everything and we hope to come back :)

We felt comfortable right away. The house, the location and tranquility, especially the view, everything was great. The communication with Tor was very good - we received tips for activities, and in between we were asked if everything was okay. The furnishings are very good - beautiful view of Nisser Lake from inside and outside. Seating options around the house. Great fireplace. Extra toilet. Bathing facilities in the vicinity. 3 km to Treungen, with supermarket. Good opportunity for e-bike tours and hikes. I can only recommend it!!!!

A beautiful summer cottage next to a beach, with a magnificent view and a quiet area. The kids went swimming or paddling in the sea daily. Directly from the house there are beautiful hiking opportunities. The region is absolutely worth discovering, with charming villages and towns such as Langesund, Kragerø, and Brevik. The islands, such as Langøya and the islands at Kragerø, are also worth a visit. Recommended a little further up is Svenner fyr. The region is perfect for swimming, boat trips, walks, cozy restaurants,.... The house itself is tastefully furnished and equipped with every comfort, with several sunny places to relax around the house. Jannike and Ola gave us good tips for excursions in the area and were always available. The reservation was also very smooth. We had a fantastic holiday in a beautiful setting. Absolutely recommended!

the house had everything it is stated on the site, well equiped for a big group. the house has parking space for only 2/3 cars, we had to park in a nearby empty cabin. we were suprised that no wood was present on premisses. it was the first time we rented a cabin without wood. the house it self does not need it, it was warm enough, but we had to take a quick run to the supermarket to buy wood for the hot tub, it was not far but it would have been nice to know in beforehand. we also did not find butane for the pizzaovn. the slopes are only a couple meters from the cabin. we enjoyed the stay and recommend.

Had a pleasant stay in cottage. Despite the rain, we entertained with darts, maps, swimming, fishing kayaking hiking and more. Because of the weather, burning wood was pleasant. Beautiful location

We had a great time and a great night at the property. Fredrik welcomed us in person after we communicated by message beforehand and we had a good conversation. Fredrik showed us the place and answered our questions. The grounds are in the middle of the forest and right on the lake. We were able to use the boat, it worked great and we had a lot of fun. The weather was great, the lake very quiet and the surroundings also quiet and relaxed. The place was as described in the advertisement. The kitchen utensils are completely sufficient to prepare meals. It's great that there are two BBQ facilities. There are two different seating areas that we also enjoyed very much. We would book this place again at any time and anyone nearby should take the chance to have this great experience. We wish Fredrik and his family all the best and look forward to the next visit.

Beautiful place in the middle of nature. The cottage has everything you'll need. Rune is extremely helpful and quick to respond. We felt completely at home. You can catch perch and trout in the lake; there are a lot of blackberries (nice for the pancakes), a blackberry bush and plum tree, delicious! There is a compost toilet and the water from the tap is not drinkable; but there was water in jerry cans ready. You have to assemble the shower yourself (hot water in a container and attach the automatic shower) but has its charm so outside showering in nature
