The stay with Kjersti and Erik was just perfect! The cottage is wonderful, we felt at home immediately. The fantastic veranda with lake view was great to hang out, relax and enjoy the remote nature and silence. The apartment was very lovely, great bed for a perfect sleep, kitchen with everything we needed and just cozy. Kjersti even put very freshly picked flowers into the apartment! We had a great trip to a sandy island with the canoe they provided for us. In the evening we had a really nice chat having a glass of wine with Kjersti and Erik, who are just great hosts, though we also had very much privacy in the cottage. So absolute recommendation! We‘ll come back! :)

Very cozy to rent the garage for Hilde.

We had a great time in Flatdal and the hosting was beyond expectations! The cabin was spacious and clean, with a good bathroom and simple kitchen. We got lovely weather and grilled outside until the sunset! It was not lacking in hospitality and helpfulness from Asbjørn and Gunhild, we thank you so warmly for your stay!

Amazing place to stay! Lovely views thru the windows, loved the fire place in the living room! Very spacious house, enough space for a bigger group of people. Loved it!

Talleiv is a very friendly host. we even got spinners to borrow for fishing! The accommodation is perfect, beautiful nature, everything you need in the house.

We've had the world's best stay at John Asle's! The guest house was absolutely beautiful and it was really an experience staying there. We ended up ditching a lot of what we would do in the immediate area to have time to new the lovely house and surroundings. In the garden there were both lambs and hens, and we had access to an outdoor shower that was super easy to use and in addition incredibly cozy. The whole area and the house looked like it was taken straight out of an Astrid Lindgren book. John Asle and his family were very nice and greeted us when we were out in the garden and we got to be completely at peace when we were inside the house. In addition, I would add that they had an emergency poster with address, coordinates and maps of exactly where the house was located if you need to call for help. Incredibly well thought. Wish it was possible to give higher scores, because this family really burst the scale of everything we've experienced in the past. Would love to come back for a longer stay another time!

Gry is a great host. The place was nice and very clean. The bed was good. The small distance to the kitchen and bathroom facilities was no problem at all. There was a curious squirrel around the house.

Very nice cabin with extremely nice views. Extra focus has been placed on creating a relaxing environment that creates the setting for a perfect holiday. Anita was super helpful with all our questions and we can definitely recommend the place. In addition, the cabin is 50 meters from the nearest piste making it easy to go skiing or snowboarding.

This was one of the most unique and beautiful airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed in! It was an interesting and very nice experience to stay in a traditional Norwegian house, one like many locals live in. Everything was perfect ☺️ Karin’s garden is like a fairytale!

Very cute, little house located next to a river and easy to access. Perfect for a stop while doing a bike tour! I can recommend this place. Karol and his family was very friendly and helpful.

Very friendly host, accomodation is very cozy, comfortable, well furnished and homely. We stayed just for one night but made us wish we stayed for more. 10/10

This was a very nice and cozy cabin! So tastefully and personally decorated. Good bed, nice furniture, clean and fresh. Amazing deck and view! Rikke and her daughter were so helpful and nice. Best host we've been to. It didn't feel hard to have a separate toilet inside the house. Thank you so much for being so welcoming! The only thing that is a bit of a pain is that there is no running water, and that the road is 3 feet from the house and the noise level is quite high. Other than that, there's nothing to complain about. So nice! Would recommend 🤗

Thank you for us. We got the necessary information all the way, so we never had to ask anything. It was a really nice cabin, where everything we needed was available. There were great bathrooms, great and well equipped kitchen, cozy living room, and practical bedrooms. We had a great time.

We stayed with two children (6/9) for 5 days in Rauland with Jostein. The place was exactly as described. The house was clean and the amenities left nothing to be desired. The view over the entire valley was stunning. Beds are very cozy. The, from our point of view, other highlights are the hot tub and pizza oven on the terrace. The communication with Jostein was great. The host answers quickly and is very nice and helpful. We highly recommend this place.

We have enjoyed ourselves a lot and the cabin was large and spacious even though we were many. Thank you for the loan of a sled. Here we can come back😊

Quiet, small place a little outside with a forest behind it, which was great for a short walk. Check-in was very pleasant, especially since I surprised Elisabeth a little early. Nevertheless, I was able to move into the room, thank you for that! For me, the ideal place to recharge my batteries for the rest of the family vacation.
