Our guest house may be a little quirky, with a unique layout and features, but it is a comfortable place to stay and play and has all of the great features for a quick pit stop in Yuma or a longer stay for leisure or Mexico medical/dental trips. Welcome Winter Visiters, Border Patrol, Nurses, and contractors, Shaded Parking, Boat parking, 1/2mi to I-8 22 to Mexico 28 to Martinez lake, 31 mi to YPG. Close to Restaurants, Clubs, Shopping, Hiking Golfing. NO CARPET for those who have allergies! Very comfortable bed and furniture. Patio area with lots of seating and BBQ for you to enjoy. Maria‘s place is where you need to stay in Yuma! The home is immaculate and very well decorated. The kitchen is so well stocked. I have never seen an Airbnb with the kitchen in such great shape and so many amenities. The beds were extremely comfortable and the linens were exceptional. I would highly recommend Maria’s place!

Perfect little guest house for a weekend getaway. Clean. Extremely comfortable bed, spacious bathroom and exactly all you need to rest after a day of exploring. Made the trip to Yuma relaxing and the community was very peaceful with a great view. Highly recommend!

This was the second time we have rented this house. We spend the day out on the river and it is not a bad drive from the house to get there. It is extremely comfortable for our family and great backyard with pool and room for the pets. Erin is a great host and very responsive to all our questions and needs. We will definitely be booking again when we go to the river.
