The place is much better than it looks in the photos. It is in an excellent area with quick access. It is very spacious, clean and modern.

A place to feel at home, with a garden area that gives the space a sense of spaciousness and privacy. I felt safe, comfortable and with all the services available. There is a very nice energy in the place, and it is always very pleasant to meet an excellent host, always attentive, helpful and empathetic. So in future occasions, I will not hesitate to consider this place again, because it was a very pleasant experience.

Great place and close to mall and shops

We had a good stay, the host was very nice and communicative, and welcomed our dogs without issues. Good safe area, clean home with essentials. Although I'm not too keen on the design of the home as it's not a traditional loft and a little small. Overall, it's ok and gets the job done for a few nights.

The place was perfect for our travel program in Mérida, it was close to the locations we visited; it was comfortable and had everything we needed for our family trip. We highly recommend it Thank you to the host for your great help and for understanding guests of long distances and needs.

We had an amazing stay at Juan Pablo’s Airbnb! The house was in an excellent location—just a couple of blocks from the beach and a short walk to downtown, where we found great restaurants and even a nice beachside spot we loved. The area is very friendly and welcoming, and at no point did we ever feel unsafe. Juan Pablo was an exceptional host—always attentive and making sure everything was perfect. He stayed on top of everything, from keeping the pool clean to providing fresh linens. His hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely be returning to this area, and we highly recommend staying here. Thank you, Juan Pablo!

The house is VERY nice, the garden is huge and the pool is spacious. In general, the rooms are very complete and spacious, clean and comfortable. The only thing is that they only have 2 full bathrooms, and with more than 6 people, you have to wait for your turn haha. We had a small problem with the shower, but the truth is that the Hosts were ALWAYS super attentive and SUPER friendly, they always helped us and made sure that we were comfortable and happy. Sonia is a wonderful host! She went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible! She was always responsive whenever we needed anything and made sure to take care of all of our needs. Sonia’s place is carefully thought out and feels like a home away from home. It has everything that you may need! The place is also located in one of the best neighbourhoods in the north part of Merida. You can expect a quiet and pleasant area that is also close to everything you may need!

The view was beautiful, just like the pictures and some of the most comfortable beds I’ve stayed in. Miguel was very kind and responsive even though it was New Years. We had everything we needed for our family of 7 Thank you Miguel for a great New Years experience.

It was a week-long stay, everything was very comfortable and accessible, it has everything you need, very good service from Carelly always attentive to all messages and calls. The use of the washing machine is greatly appreciated.
