This apartment has exceeded my expectations. 400 m to the best beach in Kemer (Sandy+a little bit of stones), this beach is the most beautiful in whole Kemer. The flat was clean and had a lot, a lot of kitchen utensils and home goods, so I felt like at home! The wifi is strong, the furniture is brand new, carpets are clean, all is clean. I was a superhost myself in Vienna, and this place is better equipped with utensils and amenities than mine! The apartment door goes direct into a beautiful courtyard, and it feels very, very safe, because there is a door guard at the entrance to the apartment courtyard. At the same time, we had a lot of privacy. Bus stop to town and Antalya just 100m away. Lastly, no matter how good, well-located and clean any place could be, if the host isn’t available or friendly, it can ruin everything. But Berkem was very responsive, he answered every need (extra blankets etc) very quickly. So far I personally think it is the best private apartment to stay in Kem

We left very, very satisfied with the service we received by Mr. Halil and his brother Ms. Hatice. It was thought out down to the last detail in the house. It looked like a tiny house, but it was warm and peaceful like the real house. It was nicer than described. It's very important and valuable that they accept my dog as well. Lovely house,great territory ,wonderful terrace with a swimming pool for personal use. We liked everything and we were satisfied. Friendly host,responsive and friendly. The filling of the house is good,everything is comfortable, the location of the bedrooms is also convenient. We were attracted by the location of the villa,very close to the sea and it is so convenient if you are with children. Thank you,we will definitely come again)

My family stayed here for a week and I can say it was a really cool place! Very hospitable hosts, met us with a delicious cake, were always in touch and tried to solve all the issues that we had! The premises are very spacious, there are many bedrooms, everything is tidy, clean, everything we needed was there. And when something was missing, the host responded very quickly and provided help) What I can note is the top location, the store right under the house, the embankment, the facilities, the sea. I liked the garden of the house the most, you can grill food there, and the child can play and just sit in the shade) I recommend this place 100%

Yunus was very helpful, especially on the last day when we needed extra time for check out. He worked with us with what we needed throughout the holiday, and often messaged to check everything was ok. The place was cosy and clean. There were most essentials in the cupboard, and Yunus provided two industrial size bottles of drinking water for when we arrived. I would recommend this Villa as it was great value for money and it was one of a few villa's we could find in Antalya with six bedrooms.

Great location, beautiful clean house with full set of amenities, located within 5 minutes to private beach. A lot of restaurants in 10-15 minutes on feet, including fancy ones. Hülya was always available via phone and helped us immediately, when we accidentally broke a key to a balcony door. My family really enjoyed warm sea and even warmer comfort provided by Hülya. I hope we return here in the future.

For the first time, I really felt like someone's guest while staying at an Airbnb. Mr. Mehmet is a wonderful person with a big heart. She always brought us fruits and vegetables that she had grown herself as surprise gifts. It's been really helpful with everything. A place like paradise in nature, flowers and plants are blooming, carefully cared for. Walking to the beach and the bazaar is practical. It is very convenient to exit the street with a market on the corner, especially when going to the beach. The house was tidy, comfortable, we enjoyed spending time on the balcony. We recommend it:)

I loved the house, the host's approach is very positive. The air conditioning, TV and white goods of the house are good quality and new. My only thing missing is that there is no wardrobe in the bedroom. Other than that, I had a nice stay experience...

A lovely little lodge, perfect to relax in the peaceful surroundings. There are 3 matching lodges each with their own pool, and we were lucky to stay while the others were empty so it was quiet and private. The surrounding area feels like it is not quite finished, but there was no work going on during our stay so it was not a problem. The lodge is sweet but would not be suitable for young children or those with mobility issues due to the stairs, but I think this is clear from the listing and it was perfect for us. The kitchen facilities were just enough for 2 guests. We had powercuts on arrival and departure days which were inconvenient as we arrived in darkness, and the powercut on the last day meant we couldn't use wifi or make a coffee. Hüseyin is very responsive to questions, and he suggested a car hire company which we used. I don't think we would have managed without the car as it is a remote location and we don't speak Turkish so arranging taxis would have been impossible.

Mr. Hakan was very caring and helpful. His communication was very fast, he helped us in every matter. The house was really clean and everything that could be needed was thought of. Its location was both central and quiet, we were very comfortable. I recommend it with peace of mind.

First of all Banu is amazing host : super responsive, friendly and knowledgeable!She was answering all questions I had within hour. When we had some problems with some appliances in apartment she solved them asap. The apartment itself truly feels like it has a soul: it is cozy, tastefully decorated and has everything you need for the stay. Location is perfect: quiet at night, close to bus stations and shops, walking distance to the seaside and it has 3 nice balconies. We had an amazing stay ! Loved Emre's home. Had everything in it. Felt so much home. The location is beautiful. Neighborhood is so relaxing. Morning walk on the paths overlooking beach was a lifetime memory. Emre is very responsive and helpful. You can ask him anything. Thank you Emre for everything. We had a lovely time.

We loved our time at this beautiful house. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful during the month we spent there (off-season for the area). The mountains around the house are lovely! The house had a nice variety of kitchen supplies. We enjoyed cooking our own meals while we were there and buying groceries from the local grocery stores.

If you like privacy, Nature around and magnificent views, this is a great place to go. Place is very comfortable and the outdoor space is wonderful. The host was very helpful and communicated fast. It is about 25 min drive to go to the beaches or around but to us was worth the quote and the view.
