This apartment has exceeded my expectations. 400 m to the best beach in Kemer (Sandy+a little bit of stones), this beach is the most beautiful in whole Kemer. The flat was clean and had a lot, a lot of kitchen utensils and home goods, so I felt like at home! The wifi is strong, the furniture is brand new, carpets are clean, all is clean. I was a superhost myself in Vienna, and this place is better equipped with utensils and amenities than mine! The apartment door goes direct into a beautiful courtyard, and it feels very, very safe, because there is a door guard at the entrance to the apartment courtyard. At the same time, we had a lot of privacy. Bus stop to town and Antalya just 100m away. Lastly, no matter how good, well-located and clean any place could be, if the host isn’t available or friendly, it can ruin everything. But Berkem was very responsive, he answered every need (extra blankets etc) very quickly. So far I personally think it is the best private apartment to stay in Kem

Halil Bey ve kardeşi Hatice Hanım tarafından aldığımız hizmetten çok çok memnun kalarak ayrıldık. En ince ayrıntısına kadar düşünülmüştü ev içerisinde. Tiny house görünümünde ama gerçek ev gibi sıcak ve huzurluydu ortamı. Anlatılandan daha güzeldi. Köpeğimi de kabul etmeleri çok önemli ve değerli. İleride tekrar tercih edeceğim bir ev oldu. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz.

Прекрасный дом,отличная территория ,замечательная терраса с бассейном в личном пользовании.Нам все понравилось и мы остались довольны.Приветливый хозяин,отзывчивый и дружелюбный.Наполнение дома хорошее,все комфортно,расположение спален тоже удобное.Нас привлекло расположение виллы,очень близко к морю и это так удобно если вы с детьми.Спасибо вам,мы обязательно еще приедем)

Моя сімʼя перебувала тут трохи біля тижня і можу сказати, це було дійсно класне за місце! Дуже гостині господарі, зустріли нас зі смачним пирогом, були завжди на звʼязку і намагались вирішити всі питання які в нас зʼявлялись! Саме приміщення дуже просторе, багато спалень, все прибране, чисте, було все необхідне. А коли чогось не вистачало, то господар дуже швидко відгукувався і надавав допомогу) Що можу відмітити так це топове розташування, магазин прям під будинком, набережна, заклади, море. Найбільше сподобався сад самого будинку, там можна і по смажити на грилі їжу, і дитині погратися і просто посидіти в тіні) Я рекомендую це місце на 100%

Yunus was very helpful, especially on the last day when we needed extra time for check out. He worked with us with what we needed throughout the holiday, and often messaged to check everything was ok. The place was cosy and clean. There were most essentials in the cupboard, and Yunus provided two industrial size bottles of drinking water for when we arrived. I would recommend this Villa as it was great value for money and it was one of a few villa's we could find in Antalya with six bedrooms.

Super accueil de l’hôte, merci monsieur Mehmet qui nous a beaucoup aidé. Il nous a aidé pour le transport. L’appartement est bien situé proche de tout mais il y a un peu de bruit la nuit en vue des club à proximité mais ce n’est pas très dérangeant. Le logement étais propre mais la salle de bain reste vielle en vue du reste. La piscine reste moyennement entretenu. Je recommande !

The property itself was stunning, with every detail carefully considered to create a comfortable and luxurious experience. They were incredibly efficient and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Their hospitality was truly appreciated and added to the overall enjoyment of our trip. We highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable getaway. We can't wait to return!

A lovely little lodge, perfect to relax in the peaceful surroundings. There are 3 matching lodges each with their own pool, and we were lucky to stay while the others were empty so it was quiet and private. The surrounding area feels like it is not quite finished, but there was no work going on during our stay so it was not a problem. The lodge is sweet but would not be suitable for young children or those with mobility issues due to the stairs, but I think this is clear from the listing and it was perfect for us. The kitchen facilities were just enough for 2 guests. We had powercuts on arrival and departure days which were inconvenient as we arrived in darkness, and the powercut on the last day meant we couldn't use wifi or make a coffee. Hüseyin is very responsive to questions, and he suggested a car hire company which we used. I don't think we would have managed without the car as it is a remote location and we don't speak Turkish so arranging taxis would have been impossible.

Hakan Bey çok ilgili ve yardımseverdi. İletişimi çok hızlıydı, her konuda bize yardımcı oldu. Ev gerçekten tertemizdi ve ihtiyaç duyulabilecek her şey düşünülmüştü. Konumu da hem merkezi hem de sakin bir yerdeydi, çok rahat ettik. Gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim.

Erdal Bey çok iyi bir ev sahibi her gün bir ihtiyacımız var mı yok mu , yardımcı olabileceği şeyler olup olmadığını sordu. Kendisi de çok yakında oturduğu için bir sorun olunca hemen gelip yardımcı oluyor. Çok arkadaş canlısı bir ev sahibi. Evi için yorum yapacak olursam evin içi tertemizdi , mobilyaları yeni ve evin içi güzel döşenmişti. Havuzun büyüklüğü gayet yeterliydi. Balkonu ve ışıklandırması gayet güzeldi. Evin konumu merkeze yakın. Araba ile 10 dk. Mahremiyete önem verilmiş. Tekrar konaklamak isterim. Çok teşekkürler

Furkan Bey çok nazikti ve çok yardımcı oldu. Tüm sorularımıza çok hızlı dönüş sağladı. Evde her şey güzel düşünülmüştü. Tüm pencerelerde sineklik vardı ve neredeyse tüm odalarda klima vardı. Biz haziran ayının başında gittiğimiz için klimaya ihtiyaç duymadık. Tabiki gittiğimiz tarihten dolayı havuz biraz soğuktu ama eminim Temmuz Ağustos aylarında öyle olmayacaktır. Mis gibi dağ havası alabileceğiniz sessiz sakin bir lokasyondaydı. En yakın markete 20 dakika uzaklıkta bu uzaklık bizim için hiç sorun olmadı. Biz 4 günlük ihtiyacımızı buzdolabına koyabildik. Evin bizim için en önemli özelliği evcil hayvan dostu olmasıydı. Büyük ırk köpeğimize karşı ev sahibimiz çok olumlu yaklaştı. Evin her yeri çevrili olduğu için köpeğimizi çok rahat tasmasız bırakabildik. Boğucu bir sıcak yoktu şehir merkezine yakın olmasına rağmen yaylada gibi hissettik. Kesinlikle kalabalık aileler için çok uygun bir ev. Sadece havuz başına birkaç şezlong daha eklenirse müthiş olur. Furkan Beye tekrar teşekkürler.

Host war super nett, immer prompt erreichbar. Haus ist wie beschrieben, könnte in der Küche etwas mehr Ausstattung haben. Da die Gegend neu bebaut ist, hatte unser Taxifahrer etwas Schwierigkeiten mit der Adresse. Standort von Gökhan hat sehr geholfen. Der Pool ist riesig, für uns 8 perfekt. Die Aussicht mit den Bergen im Hintergrund fantastisch. Zum Meer sind es 4 km, konnten wir in 5 Minuten günstig mit dem Taxi erreichen. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und würden wieder ins Haus kommen!

Мы жили в этой вилле впятером- трое взрослых, двое детей и кошка. Жильё полностью соответствует описанию и фотографиям. Вся техника и кондиционеы работали исправно. До моря, 5 минут по тихой улочке. Рядом есть магазины, аренда машин, экскурсии и т. д. Спасибо за отличный отпуск.Будем смело рекомендовать это жильё друзьям.

The rooms was exceptionally clean and had everything you need for a longer vacation. There's no feeling of lack of privacy and you don't even notice there are other people in the building. Host was quick to reply and helpful. There is parking outside of the house, but limited space so you may need to leave your car on the street if it's full. If we return to Tekirova we will most definitely stay in this apartment again

Merkezi konumda ,plajlara restaurantlara,antik kentlere yakın . Keyif verici bir evdi. Nurşah ta son derece ilgili bir ev sahibiydi, her konuda yardımcı oldu.

Güzel bir tatil geçirdik. Süremiz kısaydı ama çok beğendik ve memnun kaldık. Evimiz, ortak havuzumuz tertemizdi. Güler yüzlü ve ilgili çalışan arkadaşlara da ayrıca teşekkür ederim. Tekrar tekrar tercih edeceğim bir yer.

Отдыхали в середине мая 2025 года. Все понравилось, жилье чистое и соответствует описанию, очень красивая и ухоженная территория, прекрасный сад, чистый бассейн, тихие постояльцы, вежливый и отзывчивый персонал! 100 из 100! Обязательно остановимся еще!

Ev sahibinin Nurşah beye teşekkür ederiz, iletişim kolay ve hızlı oldu, her konuda yardımcı oldu bize çok ilgiliydi, ev tertemiz ve çok düzenliydi, girişimiz çok kolay oldu, konum çok iyi yerde hem kolay bulunuyor hem de sahile ve başka gidilecek yerlere çok yakın, 2 kız gittik, güvenli ve huzurlu bir yerdi, hiçbir sorun yaşamadık, üstelik konaklama süresinde yağmur yağdığı için ertesi gün çıkış saati sonrası istersek eğer birkaç saat daha durabileceğimizi de söyledi ev sahibimiz, anlaşmalı plajları var, biz sahiline gitmek istedik. Herşey çok güzeldi🙏🏼
