A charming little house in the countryside.

The house is located in the hamlet of La Jaillette, on the Oudon River. The place is rich in heritage (12th-13th century priory church open for visits). I restored it with the most natural materials (cob, lime, hemp, old floor tiles, etc.). It consists of a living room with kitchenette (20 m2), a bathroom with shower (4 m2) and a bedroom upstairs under the attic insulated with wood wool. Private garden with furniture and umbrella.

Come and stay in the countryside, in a green, quiet and pleasant setting. This old building is ideal for family or groups of friends. In the large garden are the heated pool from the end of May (depending on weather) to the end of September, secure and shared with a 5-bed gîte, a trampoline, a swing, a slide for the little ones, a bowling green and a ping pong table The private terrace includes a barbecue and garden furniture.
