Holiday rentals with a patio in Teguise

Very nice clean well equipped apartment, on the top floor overlooking the pool area . The bed was comfortable & the outside space large & useable. José our host was there to meet us on the day of arrival & show us around the apartment & on hand throughout our stay if we needed anything … really nice guy. The location was also ideal being right in the centre of Costa Teguise, literally 2min to the old square. We enjoyed our stay there very much . Only thing to be aware of ( and this is no reflection on the apartment in any way ) ... is that there are no lifts .

Lovely apartment, in a quiet area, although close to Supermarket, Restaurants and the beach. Carol & Tim have thought of everything you would need for your stay. I will definitely return to Carol's apartment. Carol is a great host and is available if you need anything. We were lucky and didn't need to bother Carol on our visit.

Un complejo de apartamentos agradable, facil acceso. Muy equipado. Cocina con básicos como aceite,vinagre, sal. Baños con champú, acondicionador, gel, rasuradoras. Colchon comodo. Volvería seguro

Wunderbare moderne Unterkunft, toller Kontakt mit Lola. Schöne ruhige Lage mit einer tollen Gastronomie, welche dieselbe Familie betreibt.

Angeles is a great host. She is very friendly and responded quickly to messages. The apartment is lovely with everything would you need for your stay. Angeles also left us some water, drinks and snacks for our arrival which were a very welcome gesture after an a long journey. The outdoor area is a really nice, quiet, private area that gets sun all day. I would 100% recommend Angeles and this lovely apartment.

Really nice apartment. Cristian was very helpful, giving lots of recommendations of things to do locally. Nothing was too much trouble for Cristian. Apartment in peaceful location. He even provided beach/pool towels.

Merari es una anfitriona fantástica. Esperó pacientemente a que llegáramos al piso, y nos recibió amablemente dándonos muchas recomendaciones para exprimir al máximo nuestra experiencia en su preciosa isla. Sin duda repetiríamos encantados!

First and foremost Carlos is an excellent host. He responded to all my queries and requests within minutes and was super helpful. He really couldn't have done more for us. The apartment is large and spacious with a big terrace and it has everything you need and more. Positives: basic kitchen supplies, bathroom supplies inc. suncream, beach accessories, very quiet especially overnight. Minor negatives: floors were a little dirty/dusty, and the pillows were quite uncomfortable. Location is ideal. Large pool, kids pool and pool bar right next to the apartment (but currently under maintenance ). Other pool was quite small and had limited loungers and no shade/umbrella's so wasn't very practical with kids. Also it was quite cold despite it being "heated". Beach is 5 mins walk & was lovely. Can rent loungers & umbrella & my son loved digging & exploring the rock pools. It is a nice easy walk to town along the seafront. Overall I would recommend Carlos' apartment :)

We had a wonderful family holiday in this home. Alexandra was a great host, very helpful. The house was so spacious and clean, the garden was a sun trap complete with loungers, stunning view from one of the balconies, many well considered touches throughout the house. It's situated in a very peaceful friendly residential area minutes walk from shops, bars, restaurants and the beach. Everything was perfect for our stay and we can't wait to return!

Destacaríamos la ubicación, pienso que para todo amante de la naturaleza, en este caso los volcanes la casa no puede estar mejor ubicada, entre campos de lava y con el PN de timanfaya de fondo. Fácil de llegar y un entorno espectacular y una casa típica. Es cierto que si tuviéramos que poner un pero sería un poco en la limpieza, nada importante pero no es de 10. Ojo con las hormigas, no dejéis nada de comida ni restos a la vista. Reseñar la atención de Martin, muy buena, y su madre que nos acercó una plancha a petición nuestra. Volveríamos a repetir y sin duda, recomendaremos para nuestros amigos y personas cercanas que nos puedan llegar a preguntar. Gracias.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was spacious, clean, well equipped and comfortably accommodated our family of 4 - with a great dining area too. Morning / lunch time sun can be enjoyed from loungers. Easy to wander to Teguise and via bicycles you can easily explore 40kms of coast. Ideal for runners too. We will probably return!

Very nice house just like described and shown on the pictures. Very comfortable and the interior is beautiful. Nice terrace, garden, very clean and no neighbors. Perfect for relaxing. We can really recommend it to anyone who doesn’t want to stay in the big hotels on the island. Hope to stay here again some time :)

Todo muy limpio y nuevo, la zona muy tranquila, cerca del aeropuerto y de la capital

A truly unique place to stay! The apartment has volcanic rocks built right into the interior and comes with everything you could possibly need. The garden is lovely—there’s a BBQ and a separate little kitchen next to it, perfect for enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The whole area is calm and quiet, with vineyards growing in black volcanic soil just nearby. What really made the stay special was our host, Dani—kind and genuinely warm. He had left croissants, jam, coffee, and tea in the kitchen—just what we needed to start off right.

La estancia en el estudio de Jesica ha sido maravillosa. Poder disfrutar de la terraza, las vistas y el sonido del mar ¡LO MEJOR! El estudio, aunque pequeño, tiene todo lo necesario, nos hemos sentido más que cómodos. Muy limpio y ordenado. Incluso el último día preferimos cenar en casa para poder disfrutar más del espacio y las idílicas vistas. He leído un comentario que decía que no era ‘independiente’ porque formaba parte de una casa y que no era muy íntimo. Quiero aclarar que para nada te sientes dentro de otra casa, tienes intimidad y comodidad de sobra. Hemos estado 4 días y en ningún momento hemos siquiera escuchado que hubiese gente al lado, todo lo contrario. Se sentía íntimo y tranquilo. Jesica muy muy amable y atenta. Lo recomendamos 100% y si volvemos a la isla, repetiremos sin duda. 👌🏻

Il miglior alloggio su Airbnb che abbia mai vissuto! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Tutto nuovo, curato e pulito. Fornito di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno comodo e confortevole. Zona tranquilla, con ampio parcheggio davanti a casa e molti supermercati vicino: a 2 minuti a piedi un primo supermercato con tutto il necessario. Nel paese vicino uno un po’ più grande. Zone d’interesse facilmente raggiungibili! Se volete scappare dalle zone turistiche e affollate, la casita è il posto giusto! Grazie Sergio!

Victor è un host molto presente, gentile e simpatico. Appena arrivati ci ha mostrato tutta la casa e tutto quello che poteva esserci utile durante il nostro soggiorno. Ci ha lasciato un piccolo dono coi prodotti locali, che è stato molto apprezzato. La casa è ancora più bella dal vivo. Dalla cucina al bagno, alla camera da letto è fornita di tutto il necessario per viverci. Inoltre si trova in una zona molto tranquilla, dove regna la pace e il silenzio.

Alojamiento perfecto para visitar Lanzarote durante unos días o una temporada, tiene de todo y muy amplio y tranquilo

Susi help us out when we were in a tight spot with a last minute booking. The place was gorgeous with a pool adjacent which was ideal, close to the beach and local shops. Susi even sent us a local guide to the area. Shame we couldn't stay longer. Highly recommend staying here.

Everything was just perfect! We’ve spent an amazing time in this great apartment and common pool area, which is just perfect and always super clean. Just a five minute walk to the amazing beach of Famara. Highly recommended.

Beautiful property. About a 15min walk into town or a taxi was very cheap. Complex was great with a beautiful pool and very peaceful.

Le logement est identique à la description et est très bien situé pour naviguer rapidement entre le Nord et le Sud de l’île. La location d’une voiture est fortement recommandée si vous voulez avoir la liberté de pouvoir bouger partout dans l’île. Mark et Sue sont très accueillants et disponibles pour répondre à nos questions. Je recommande vivement ce logement !

Desde la bienvenida donde Juan nos recibió con una sonrisa y súper amable, hasta el último día que estuvo preguntando por el viaje y recomendando sitios, todo maravilloso. El alojamiento súper bonito, grande, cómodo y con todo lo que te puedas imaginar. Estaba en una zona tranquila y con aparcamiento fácil en los alrededores. Nos sentimos como en casa y nos la guardamos para una futura visita repetir. Muchas gracias por la gran acogida! :)

Die Unterkunft hat alles was man benötigt. Der Ausblick ist sagenhaft. Im Schlafzimmer sieht man den Sternehimmel und der geschützte Aussenbereich zum Abendessen ist perfekt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
