Holiday rentals with a patio in Teguise

Very nice clean well equipped apartment, on the top floor overlooking the pool area . The bed was comfortable & the outside space large & useable. José our host was there to meet us on the day of arrival & show us around the apartment & on hand throughout our stay if we needed anything … really nice guy. The location was also ideal being right in the centre of Costa Teguise, literally 2min to the old square. We enjoyed our stay there very much . Only thing to be aware of ( and this is no reflection on the apartment in any way ) ... is that there are no lifts .

Lovely apartment, in a quiet area, although close to Supermarket, Restaurants and the beach. Carol & Tim have thought of everything you would need for your stay. I will definitely return to Carol's apartment. Carol is a great host and is available if you need anything. We were lucky and didn't need to bother Carol on our visit.

Second time staying here and once again the apartment cannot be faulted, look forward to returning again in the future.

Wonderful modern accommodation, great contact with Lola. Nice quiet location with a great gastronomy that runs the same family.

Angeles is a great host. She is very friendly and responded quickly to messages. The apartment is lovely with everything would you need for your stay. Angeles also left us some water, drinks and snacks for our arrival which were a very welcome gesture after an a long journey. The outdoor area is a really nice, quiet, private area that gets sun all day. I would 100% recommend Angeles and this lovely apartment.

Really nice apartment. Cristian was very helpful, giving lots of recommendations of things to do locally. Nothing was too much trouble for Cristian. Apartment in peaceful location. He even provided beach/pool towels.

The listing was fantastic. In a good area to go out directly to visit other points of interest on the island. Merari was always attentive to anything we needed, it's a pleasure to deal with people like that.

First and foremost Carlos is an excellent host. He responded to all my queries and requests within minutes and was super helpful. He really couldn't have done more for us. The apartment is large and spacious with a big terrace and it has everything you need and more. Positives: basic kitchen supplies, bathroom supplies inc. suncream, beach accessories, very quiet especially overnight. Minor negatives: floors were a little dirty/dusty, and the pillows were quite uncomfortable. Location is ideal. Large pool, kids pool and pool bar right next to the apartment (but currently under maintenance ). Other pool was quite small and had limited loungers and no shade/umbrella's so wasn't very practical with kids. Also it was quite cold despite it being "heated". Beach is 5 mins walk & was lovely. Can rent loungers & umbrella & my son loved digging & exploring the rock pools. It is a nice easy walk to town along the seafront. Overall I would recommend Carlos' apartment :)

We had a wonderful family holiday in this home. Alexandra was a great host, very helpful. The house was so spacious and clean, the garden was a sun trap complete with loungers, stunning view from one of the balconies, many well considered touches throughout the house. It's situated in a very peaceful friendly residential area minutes walk from shops, bars, restaurants and the beach. Everything was perfect for our stay and we can't wait to return!

We would highlight the location, I think that for all nature lovers, in this case the volcanoes the house cannot be better located, between lava fields and with the PN of timanfaya in the background. Easy to get to and a spectacular setting and a typical house. It is true that if we had to put a but it would be a bit in the cleaning, nothing important but it is not 10. Eye with the ants, do not leave any food or remains in sight. Review the attention of Martin, very good, and his mother who approached us by an iron at our request. We would repeat again and definitely recommend for our friends and close people who can ask us. Thank you.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was spacious, clean, well equipped and comfortably accommodated our family of 4 - with a great dining area too. Morning / lunch time sun can be enjoyed from loungers. Easy to wander to Teguise and via bicycles you can easily explore 40kms of coast. Ideal for runners too. We will probably return!

Very nice house just like described and shown on the pictures. Very comfortable and the interior is beautiful. Nice terrace, garden, very clean and no neighbors. Perfect for relaxing. We can really recommend it to anyone who doesn’t want to stay in the big hotels on the island. Hope to stay here again some time :)

Everything is very clean and new, the area is very quiet, close to the airport and the capital

A truly unique place to stay! The apartment has volcanic rocks built right into the interior and comes with everything you could possibly need. The garden is lovely—there’s a BBQ and a separate little kitchen next to it, perfect for enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The whole area is calm and quiet, with vineyards growing in black volcanic soil just nearby. What really made the stay special was our host, Dani—kind and genuinely warm. He had left croissants, jam, coffee, and tea in the kitchen—just what we needed to start off right.

The stay in Jesica's studio was wonderful. Enjoy the terrace, the views and the sound of the sea. THE BEST! The studio, although small, has everything you need, we felt more than comfortable. Very clean and tidy. Even on the last day, we prefer to dine at home to enjoy the space and the idyllic views. I read a comment that said it wasn't 'independent' because it was part of a house and wasn't very intimate. I want to clarify that you don't feel like you're in another house at all, you have plenty of privacy and comfort. We stayed 4 days and at no time did we even hear that there were people next door, quite the opposite. It felt intimate and calm. Jesica is very, very kind and attentive. We recommend it 100% and if we return to the island, we will definitely repeat. 👌🏻

Susi help us out when we were in a tight spot with a last minute booking. The place was gorgeous with a pool adjacent which was ideal, close to the beach and local shops. Susi even sent us a local guide to the area. Shame we couldn't stay longer. Highly recommend staying here.

Everything was just perfect! We’ve spent an amazing time in this great apartment and common pool area, which is just perfect and always super clean. Just a five minute walk to the amazing beach of Famara. Highly recommended.

Beautiful property. About a 15min walk into town or a taxi was very cheap. Complex was great with a beautiful pool and very peaceful.

Mark and Sue’s place was in a peaceful location, well provisioned, and impeccably maintained. Mark gave us a great recommendation on a bicycle shop that provided a wonderful tour of the Timanfaya National park. Highly recommend this stay.

From the welcome where Juan greeted us with a smile and was super friendly, to the last day when he was asking about the trip and recommending places, everything was wonderful. The accommodation is super nice, large, comfortable and with everything you can imagine. It was in a quiet area with easy parking nearby. We feel at home and we keep it for a future visit to repeat. A really wonderful apartment with the most amazing views!!! We had a brilliant stay at Conchi’s place and we were really grateful for her guidebook which had some brilliant recommendations. We went to the fresh water pool on a windy day and it was brilliant (lots of nude people on the beach but not something we minded). The apartment was well equipped with everything you need for a good stay and the space was immaculately clean. Overall we were incredibly impressed by this beautiful apartment and the pool was amazing to cool down in in the heat of the day. It does get a little windy as you’re up high but again, this was fine for us. Thank you Conchi for having us! X
