In this fantastic little mountain village of Ottsjö, our newly built house is located in a high location overlooking the mountain world in Åre. The house is 76 sqm with panoramic windows and beautiful material choices. In this house you will feel like you are outside even when sitting inside by the fireplace with a cup of tea. Just behind the house there are several prepared cross-country trails, snowmobile tracks, hiking trails and proximity to fine fishing. A perfect house for friends and families with children who also want to bring their dog.

Corner apartment at the top of a two-story house with windows on three sides - nice light entry and lovely views over Renfjället, Åreskutan and Mullfjället. - 200 meters to the ski system in Tegefjäll, which also takes you to the system in Duved. - Family friendly location with walking distance to grocery store, restaurant, ski rental, ski bus to Åre, winter bath (Tegeforsen). - Amazing starting point for nice top hikes, hiking trails/trail running, fishing, mountain biking.

We can not promise that you will see the northern lights, moose, reindeer and catch wild fish; but many of our guests have experienced it. They love the cottage, it is cozy, located by a lake and has the wilderness outside the door. A boat is included in the rent. The area is famous for skiing, hiking, cycling, kayaking in lakes and rapids. A perfect starting point for adventure and for those who seek rest in pure nature in all seasons. And it is only 20 minutes to the tourist metropolis of Åre

4 rum och kök varav 3 sovrum med en total boarea på 53 m². Här bor ni på första våningen 50 meter från Gunnilbacken samt parkering framför huset. Sovrum 1 är utrustat med dubbelsäng och de två andra med varsin platsbyggd våningssäng. Badrummet är utrustat med dusch, toalett, handfat, tvättmaskin och torkskåp. Bastu finns i anslutning till badrummet. Smart-Tv ansluten till wifi. Kök med husgeråd. Under sommaren har vi inte möjlighet att erbjuda sängkläder eller städning.

In the middle of the Jämtland mountains lies this newly renovated gem! Here you have the downstairs in a separate house in the middle of our old farm (upstairs not used). It offers mountain views, a fireplace and a large, lovely dining area. Getting here is easy, and skiing, walking in the woods, or snowmobiling starts right outside the door.
