Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. The threehouse is very close to the town of Charlotte North Carolina. It is 20 minutes drive to Charlotte. My goal is to have travelers leave our treehouse with a feeling of total satisfaction. The treehouse is a little bit more than 200 ft.² and is located at the end of our property so any needs from our guest will be met in the promptly manner. It is located at the outskirts of our property , it’s private but it is not secluded.

Relaxing Neighborhood Retreat

We had a great stay at Iva and Kevin's. The house was extremely clean (but didn't smell like chemicals, which I'm really sensitive to) and had everything we needed for our 5-day stay. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, and the house was easy to find. We were in town visiting family so we didn't do much cooking, but the kitchen seemed to have all the basics and then some. We really enjoyed the back screened porch; it was the perfect spot for coffee in the morning while we planned our day. We didn't have any problems to communicate, but when we did message Iva & Kevin they responded quickly. Overall it was an easy, comfortable stay for our family of four and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Rock Hill area.

We felt right at home here. Beautiful home with an expansive backyard leading right down to the water. We spent many mornings and evenings in the sun room just taking it all in. Perfect staycation for us on Lake Wylie. We will most certainly be back!

Antoinette was great. I had a long day and an early flight and she was so pleasant to deal with and even turned the house A/C on for me!! Perfect birthday weekend getaway with my honey! Everything was so nice. They had everything we needed. We ended up arriving later than expected so we missed the stores for snacks. This host had us covered with commentary snacks & wine. I would definitely stay here again.
