Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Teddington

Ian's house is well-situated in a quiet area, yet minutes to Twickenham's high street with all the shops and restaurants. The nearby Radnor park was on our doorsteps and the Strawberry Hill house and gardens right off the back patio. The access to London was easy with a train station that was walking distance. The house itself was lovely, spacious, and free of clutter but also felt homely. It was exactly as shown in pictures; I felt as if we were staying in one of the houses featured in the home decorating magazines I get from the UK. : ) The bedroom at the top did get hot during the day but the fan helped and it would cool off at night; however, the temperatures were high when we were visiting (sometimes more than 30C). The kitchen was extremely well equipped and a pleasure to cook in. The back patio was a wonderful outdoor oasis. Ian was a great host and he provided detailed instructions and explanations of everything in the house. We would definitely stay here again.

Joanna's home is in a great location and she was a wonderful host. The property was exactly as shown in the photos and is relatively large by London standards - this is one of the benefits of being a bit further out the city center. Proximity to Richmond Park is a huge plus, particularly if you have a runner or cyclist in your family. Do note the travel time into central London is approximately 45-60 minutes, unless you happen to exactly time walking/bus/train schedules. On the plus side, you're a very short hop to Kew and other areas west of downtown, and a short Uber or Bolt ride to Heathrow. A couple of other HUGE positives - of the four rentals I've had in London, this was by far the quietest and most relaxed location. Restaurants/markets/etc. are all close by and accessible by bus if you're carrying groceries.

My stay at Mark's home was a bit unconventional as we were filming a student film there, but we still felt no shortage of hospitality and as though the place was our own for those few days. Truly, nothing can replicate the incredible feeling of looking over the river from any number of spaces throughout the property. It was beautiful and pristine and we felt so grateful to experience it. Myself and others in the crew will be competing with availability on the calendar to book it again and properly enjoy it for a vacation soon! Would highly recommend to anyone and everyone looking for a cozy break from London's city center. Mark was the most incredible host, warm, open, communicative and hospitable from the moment we booked until after we checked out. Thank you for everything and can't wait to come back!

Lydia and Will were welcoming from the moment we made our booking. We greatly appreciated their intentionally curated recommendations for our visit and their willingness to answer questions long before our visit. Teddington offered all we needed locally for a great stay and provided perfect access to all we wanted to see and do both locally, in London, Leicester, and more. Very much appreciated their willingness to share their home with us!

Very nice place! The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Lovely area – peaceful and close to local spots and attractions. The host was friendly and responsive. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing stay!

This was the best holiday experience ! It was such a tranquil and beautiful setting we were instantly relaxed and felt at home. The accommodation was beautifully decorated and everything was perfect, really couldn't wish for more. The bed was comfy, with amazing views of the river as soon as you opened your eyes. The decor was tasteful and chic, it felt very upmarket and spotless. All in all a super five star experience with friendly and dedicated hosts, we will definitely return.

What a gorgeous and comfortable home in a charming neighborhood! The house felt like such a perfect oasis, exquisitely decorated and with all the comforts of home—including for families with a young child. The back garden was magical, the kitchen was lovely, everything smelled great, the bathroom was spa-like, the beds were so comfortable, the kids’ toys were an awesome bonus and provided hours of entertainment…absolutely no complaints and I would definitely stay here again! Teddington is such a sweet little neighborhood/village with a charming high street and easy access to beautiful Bushy Park.

George and Michelle were lovely. They gave great recommendations, let us check in early, consistently offered help and advice when needed, was super kind and we loved the space. It’s hard to find a spacious, modern, AC-friendly Airbnb in Europe, but this was perfect. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed the apartment thoroughly, very central location. Easy access to supermarkets and convenience stores. Stations were a stone throw away. Very well laid out and very private.

Very well decorated house with a spirit. Felt right at home. Great sound system and London view too. Without a doubt a top airbnb experience and offers great value. Calypso was super friendly and helpful. It’s very hard to think of a downside for the place and i’d only sit this one out if i had a past bad earthquake experience because the flat occasionally shakes. Thanks Calypso

Lovely studio walking distance to river, coffee shops, local supermarkets. Lovely green to sit and have a drink. Station within 5 minutes walk to London or Windsor (which is 5 minutes on train) easier than parking. 15 minutes to Heathrow. Immaculate and clean

The property is in a very quiet neighborhood, not far from both subways on the front and back black lines, with a number of large supermarkets and convenient stores nearby. The house has a lovely little garden and is very cozy. We had a great stay and also cooked rice and coffee and tried Chris's wine hahaha. Recommended stay.

Beautiful flat - clean, comfortable, and with everything we needed. Easy access to central London, whilst being peaceful and enjoying pleasant outdoor space and off-road parking. The lovely shady patio was a real bonus in the hot weather.

Nick, thank you so much for hosting us. We have great time! Apartment is lovely! We enjoyed staying in your backyard area in the evenings and just chill and relax after a long day of walking. It is just 7-10 mins walk to the tube and overground train stations. Lots of places to dine and fresh, tasty coffee spots. Very lovely neighborhood. Thank you again!

Nik was a wonderful host, flat was great and perfect for our short stay, walking distance to the station and shops, and a short ride to the airport.

David’s place was amazing. It had every comfort you could want. David was incredibly helpful and responsive at every stage. The information he provided was extremely detailed. We thoroughly enjoyed and stay and would love to return again soon.

I really enjoyed staying in Peter and Nikki’s studio apartment. They are very kind people. When I arrived, Peter drove me to the grocery store. I appreciated that because I prefer to cook my own food and eat meals at home. The studio is like a cottage or little house that is very private. I’m a solo traveler and I felt safe there. Everything is just as described. There is a beautiful garden out in the backyard. I even spotted a cute fox. I didn’t want to leave. My only concern is if you are going to do many of your activities in central London, this would be a heavy commute because of the traffic. It took me over an hour to get to Central London each day. Keep that in mind. There is the option of public transport too. It’s a beautiful place! I can’t wait to come back.

This is a really beautiful, well-thoughtout apartment. We loved the decorations and the little practical things like how the kitchen lights up when you walk in. The high ceilings and outdoor space made the one-bedroom feel quite spacious for our family of three. Debbie was very responsive and made sure we had everything we need. We would love to stay here again when in town.

We enjoyed our stay at Janet’s condo. It had beautiful views and was in the perfect location outside of the busy city but steps from the closest train station. It was very clean and Janet had wonderful suggestions for us to eat/shop. She even left treats for us to snack on while we stayed. 10/10 would recommend.

Max's instructions to get into the flat were excellent! Wonderful street and location. Many bus stops close to the flat that will take you all over London. Overall it suited our needs perfectly. Cheers, Kelly

Joanne’s place was truly outstanding. Relocating from Australia to the UK was a big transition, and staying here made it feel effortless. The location is ideal. Just a short walk to the train station for easy trips into London, and the neighbourhood felt completely safe, even when walking home at night. The home itself is beautifully designed and incredibly cosy. The shower had excellent water pressure, the kitchen was a joy to cook in, and the afternoon sun pouring through the patio doors was such a highlight. Enjoying a quiet morning coffee out on the patio was a lovely ritual that made it feel like home. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, and the space was perfect for working from home. Joanne was a dream host. Warm, responsive, and genuinely kind. I couldn’t have asked for a better start to my UK chapter. Highly, highly recommend.
