Well what can we say?! AMAZING! ❤️Antony & Yolanda’s house is simply BEAUTIFUL! The location is fantastic, a 2 min walk to the local supermarket/restaurants/bars & eateries. The beach also only a 2 min walk. We attended the Dawn Parade and it was such a luxury not having to worry about parking, everything really is on your doorstep. The house itself is lovely and spacious yet felt so cosy and homely. The hosts have put a LOT of thought and effort in to making you feel at home (and we did)! ❤️ From the cosy plush blankets, to the ping pong table (which was so much fun), everything was just magic! From our family to yours Y & A, a huge thank you! 😘❤️

Had a wonderful stay, the family enjoyed all the available amenities at the property and it was comfortable for our large group of 6.

The main house was very comfortable, and the guest house was a perfect retreat for our 14-year-old son—he absolutely loved having his own space. One of the highlights of our stay was the sunroom - stunning views and a peaceful place to unwind.

My family loved our beach stay nice location very private plenty of room for large families, loved private beach access, everything at the house youll need to satisfy ur stay, will be back in NZ summertime

The Starling Box is definitely the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in! Janina is an exceptional host - she gave us a lovely, warm welcome and showed us all around her beautiful, modern home. The home itself is clean, well appointed and has all the comforts of home. We appreciated the extra touches that are evident throughout the house that make everything cozy and comfy - from warm blankets to a well kitchen stocked with delicious breakfast items, coffee, tea and snacks. The space is peaceful and inviting, and you can feel the love that went into every detail of this fantastic Airbnb. Thank you Janina, for welcoming us with open arms and making our stay in Rotorua so wonderful. We will definitely be back!

Lovely, clean, tidy and surprisingly spacious home, in a very quiet neighborhood. Close walking distance to the beach. Hosts were great to deal with, fantastic communication and really helpful. Definitely recommended

Kaimai country retreat was spotless and super peaceful. The outdoor baths were an absolute treat, and Joanne had left the place really well stocked and lovely amenities. A really well set up country stay, which we enjoyed immensely.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Lots of space, great location and the kids loved looking at the toys on the shelf! We arrived later than we planned but John still came down and showed us around. Highly recommend staying here!

Breathingtakingly beautiful place with a stunning view of the lake. The living room was huge and cozy, filled with clean energy flowing throughout the space. The fireplace was such a huge bonus, especially on a cold wintry night. Stuart was friendly, responsive and communicative throughout our stay. We will love to come back! 10/10 recommend!

Awesome wee modern cottage only about 5 minutes from Kati Kati township. Would happily stay again.

Garry and Gays place was exactly as described. Neatly presented private and peaceful. We had a really nice day. . Thank you also for being such a kind and sociable host but also giving us our space. The flat is conveniently located near a lot of shopping and restaurants. The back of the apartment complex has direct access to the beach. We had a great stay.

We had a very nice time in a very vibrant part of town a little noisy but fun, it is an apartment so not all rooms have windows and our host was fun and very friendly
