The place was amazing. It’s in a very good neighborhood. You feel very safe day and night. You can buy whatever that you need from the 2 malls downstairs. And there’s a lot of really good restaurants in a walk distance. The tower itself is beautiful and clean. The apartment gives you a real home vibe, the first thing that you notice is the amazing view of the green mountains. The furniture is beautiful and practical in the same time. The host is very friendly and helpful. He always makes an extra effort to help. And he’s always relatable and trying his best to give a good experience. I highly recommend this place

Everything was perfect In flat, location is great, very close to all needy facilities . Restaunants, shops on walkable distance. Wifi speed is high convinient for those working online Bedroom is with smart tv Living room as well. Ac is in both room Dish washer Cloth wash machine Drier machine is also plus. Spacy balcony overlooking direct to Main street with pleasant view. I will definetly come back again. Thanks to tbe hosts

Salome is great host. We loved staying at their home. Her father in law was helpful and kind in instructing where to find things. It was a family trip for us and we were 5, but I believe their place can host more than that and I will think about if if we travel to Georgia again with my group of friends as well.

We stayed with a large group for a wedding. the house and garden accommodated us all well. There were plenty of things in the kitchen so we could cook for a large group. There was a 24 hour restaurant and supermarket within 50 meters. Rustaveli metro station was about 15 minutes walk downhill. Lena was responsive to messages, and sent clear instructions prior to check in. 100% recommend.

I had a great stay! The room was very clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for sightseeing. The host was very kind and helpful — they responded quickly and gave me great recommendations for Tbilisi. I really appreciated their hospitality. I’d definitely recommend this place to others. We had the absolute pleasure of staying at the Bird Nest in Tbilisi for 4 wonderful days, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The house itself is extremely cozy, warm, and welcoming — every little detail made us feel so comfortable and cared for. A special mention to our amazing host, Tamar, who is a truly remarkable lady. She was always ready to help, answer any of our questions, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Her hospitality and kindness made our experience even more memorable. We would wholeheartedly recommend anyone visiting Tbilisi to stay at this special Bird Nest — you won’t be disappointed! It’s a hidden gem that offers not just a place to stay, but a genuine feeling of belonging. We wish Tamar and her wonderful team the very best of luck in continuing to host guests from all over the world. The house was really as described. Tinatin was verg helpful. It wasn’t difficult to find and is located close to the city center. The garden, in particular, was very enjoyable. Thank you for everything.

Absolutely amazing hosts and lovely place, location is very good, in heart of old town, you can walk to many places and not using transport. Perfect stay for a few days in Tbilisi!

The apartment is in a nice and safe location. Lika provided all the instructions and it was very easy to get in. She was also very nice and let us check in earlier than the mentioned hour. One thing I noticed was that the towels and the bedding weren't the cleanest or the newest, but that was tolerable.

The flat was clean, comfortable,very romantic. The windows are very high and location is a bit far from Old Tbilisi area or city centre. However we enjoyed our stay in this apartment and we definitely recommend it!

It’s very nice and cozy place to stay in Tbilisi. Can definitely recommend as for long, the same for short term stay. Apartment has everything in it for comfortable stay and located in central part of the city with everything you need around.

Paul's place is really beautifully done. It's nice and bright, high ceilings and big windows, and the terrace is really wonderful. Ideal for a coffee and a croissant (or a cocktail). There are fab restaurants and shops nearby, and a really good gelateria. The neighbourhood is quite upmarket, and feels very safe. One thing I will say for first-time visitors is that the entrance and hallway doesn't seem very welcoming. But it turns out this is the case in many buildings in Tbilisi, due to historical reasons. The apartment itself is a gem 💎

David was a wonderful host; he was always friendly, helpful, and responsive. The apartment was exactly as depicted in the listing, it was well equipped for our month-long stay, and when we did have a small maintenance issue upon arrival, David had it taken care of right away. highly recommend him as a host as would choose his apartment again any time I am in Tbilisi.
