I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful place and I must say, it has truly exceeded my expectations. One of the highlights is the beautiful garden, full of greenery and peaceful corners. It's a perfect spot to unwind with nature all around, and the presence of friendly cats wandering around adds a comforting charm. The place itself is very calm, making it an ideal retreat for those looking to relax and clear their mind. Another great feature is the excellent location — close enough to everything you need, yet tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The cozy atmosphere made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. If you’re looking for peace, comfort, and a great environment to recharge, this place is a perfect choice.

One of the best thing of this place is a view above the town. A huge terrace, big windows and light clean house. Nice place for practicing out/inside. Comfortable bed) It’s easy to arrive here on a bus. Also you can have nice walk trip throw the Mtatsminda park or use a funicular for it. Nina is intentivly and friendly host. Thanks to her)

Naira was very hospitable and met us at the door. Gave us a wonderful recommendation where to eat. I would gladly stay here again.

Amazing apartment in the Hearth of Tbilisi

The space was warm and inviting, with all the amenities as described. It truly felt like a home away from home. I also want to highlight the host's wonderful and caring mom, who made our stay even more special with her warm hospitality. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay!

Breakfast in his garden was very nice, it looked like a botanical garden

Marine was very responsive and patient with us when I couldn’t understand how the hot water worked (which was very simple and I was just jet-lagged). She came running over to show me! The apartment is very clean and tastefully decorated.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house fully matches the photos - cozy and comfortable. We were traveling with a dog, so the private fenced area was a big plus for us. The place has everything you need: a nice spot for a BBQ, good air conditioning, and reliable Wi-Fi. The last 15 meters of the road were a bit challenging for our low car, but it was great to have a dedicated parking spot. Big thanks to the host, Irakli - we really appreciated everything, and we think we’ll come back again!

First Lali is just very accommodating. I enjoyed my 2 nights stay in her property. The location is pretty near everywhere. you can walk almost anywhere. I would highly recommend staying at least 5 nights if you are looking to explore Tblisi. Thanks Lali! and looking forward to staying with you again soon.

My stay at this Airbnb was great! The apartment was exactly as described, clean and well maintained. The apartment was cozy and felt like home. The location was perfect there’s a supermarket and pharmacy, easy access to everything. I highly recommend this place.

Ruska’s apartment is as described. It is close to universities and hospitals. There is a car service shop underneath and you can hear some noise during the day but it is not overwhelming and at night it is quiet, I did not find it a problem. It is a basic, clean apartment and has what you need for a basic stay. Ruska is very responsive to messages and very helpful. I would stay there again.

There were small problems with check-in and heating. The owner put us in another apartment, which was much better. Therefore, I can recommend these owners. Problems are being resolved. The apartments were clean and cozy. I would stay here again

I know this distinct of Tbllisi intimately and have stayed many times in different accommodations here. Believe me, Giorgi's charming place is probably the best deal you'll get here and is a genuine Tbllisi old-town experience. With one big plus: lovely yard is not shared, it's just for the guests! This is a peaceful haven with everything needed for short and longer stays. The downstairs kitchen will be perfect for the hot summer months - year-round wine-cellar temperatures (maybe not that cold). Giorgii is the most friendly and helpful host one could wish for.

This home is massively large and spacious. There is Cathedral ceilings throughout the home. it doesn't get any more centrally located than this this is right in the middle of everything, walking distance. We were there for over a month and it was equipped with everything you could possibly need. The home is in a very safe quiet and peaceful neighborhood. All rooms in the house are very very large. The Host Ivane was very attentive, he responded instantly, every time you needed something or you just had a question, he took care of it immediately. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone for a short or long-term stay.

A delightful weekend cottage. Located on a quiet street yet right near the center — a fantastic location. Various shops just 20 meters away. The interior is even better than in the photos, well-equipped, clean, and the mattress is very comfortable. Many thanks to the host!

Wonderful place! The cabin is incredibly cozy and full of soul — everything is thoughtfully arranged for a comfortable stay and even more. It was warm and peaceful, and the panoramic view of the lake is breathtaking. There’s even a projector, so we enjoyed watching movies in the evenings — such a nice touch! We were picked up in Sioni and brought to the cabin by jeep, and the same on the way back — very helpful. Since there are no shops nearby, I’d recommend bringing enough food in advance. This place gave me a kind of rest I haven’t experienced anywhere else — truly relaxing for both body and soul. I definitely will come back ❤️

Very cozy wooden cottage with a great barbecue area, a small garden and a nice terrace. Perfect for a small get-together with friends. I celebrated my birthday there and was really happy with the place.

One of the most beautiful, relaxing and calm places I ever stayed in 😍❤️ The host was so helpful and responsive and all check in instructions were so clear and helpful. The place is located in heart of Miskheta right in front of the lake and it’s so private with a beautiful outdoor seating area that feels so inviting especially if you’re a family staying together or inviting friends. I’d highly recommend this place especially for couples.

We stayed 3 nights in the tranquil and beautiful located cottage and had a wonderful time soaking in the nature surrounding it. The location is really breathtaking and there are options of fantastic walks nearby. We travelled without an own car, thus the comfort of being picked up at the bridge and be driven the last kilometre (gravel road) was just perfect. The kitchen is well equipped. The main bed is suuuper comfortable, the sleeping couch is okay. The fire place is super nice and in general the interior is designed for comfort and relaxation. Communication with Sophio was pleasant and easy. We definitely hope to return to this magic place.
