Amazing spot in the best location of the city 🤩. Nearby a supermarket, mall, souvenir flea market, the president’s White House and 3 wonderful parks. In walking distance to all the main bars, museums and anything else you need. Including a supermarket, mall, souvenir flea market and several parks. I’ll definitely be coming back and I highly recommend this spot. 😁

Great place with such a wonderful host!! The place was exactly like the pictures and very clean! The apartment is in the center of historical buildings and you can just walk to tourist attractions! I planned to stay in George’s place with my parents but due to delayed flights I got there 2 nights late and I was worried about my parents not knowing the language… but George helped them with scheduling a ride from airport to the apartment, and he met them at the place and made them feel welcomed and cared! George was also flexible with our check out which made it more convenient for my parents as their flight was later in the day! George was very responsive and helpful with any questions and he even gave us recommendations for georgian souvenirs, places to visit, and things to do in town!! I definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit Tbilisi!! Thank you George for your outstanding hospitality!!

Our stay was amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the cleanliness, comfort, and attention to detail. The house is exactly as described—if not better! It’s beautifully designed, well-equipped, and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The location is perfect—near restaurants, gyms, parks, lake and supermarkets. Our host, Mariam, was incredibly welcoming and responsive. They provided excellent local recommendations and ensured we had everything we needed. Their hospitality truly made our trip special. One of our favorite parts of the stay was Rocking chair, unique lightings and very warmly bright kitchen, It made our time here extra memorable. If you're considering booking this place, do it! We can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended!

Ich hatte sehr entspannte und erholsame Nächte in dem Airbnb. Durch die typischen Holzböden in den Wohnungen in dieser Gegend fühlt es sich direkt gemütlicher an. Super Aufteilung der Wohnung, alles vorhanden was man brauch. Lieben Dank, ich komm auf jeden Fall wieder!

One of the best stays I’ve ever had! Staying at this Airbnb in the heart of Tbilisi was nothing short of magical. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely immersed in the charm of local culture. The apartment itself has exceptional design, beautifully decorated with traditional touches, and perfectly located—you can walk to the old town, local bakeries, cozy wine bars, and historic sites within minutes. What truly made the stay special was the host’s responsiveness and incredible hospitality. She shared wonderful tips about hidden gems and local eateries. It felt less like a rental and more like staying in a friend’s home. If you’re looking for a genuine, heartwarming experience that goes beyond just visiting a place—this is where you should stay. Во первых Таша поразительно приятный человек очень любезная и отзывчивая, предоставила нам абсолютно все что нужно было для детей вплоть до детской кроватки, и ванночки, квартира очень просторная чистая, воздух хороший, и всегда есть парковочное место возле дома. Нам все понравилось, мы однозначно рекомендуем и с удовольствием вернёмся в будущем!

The house was very comfortable and clean, and the owner was very welcoming.

Spacious house that was well appointed and clean and tidy. Nice to have a big kitchen that was fully equipped. We had a great stay and whilst the location was a little further away, walking and transport was easy.

Прекрасный большой дом с гостеприимными хозяевами! Чистые, ухоженные комнаты. Наша большая компания из 14 чел (4 семьи) легко там разместилась. Расположение, поначалу казавшееся не очень удобным по факту оказалось с "изюминкой" - ошеломительный вид на город с балкона, интересная дорога, ведущая к центру без пробок. С неё открывались захватывающие виды. Но главное достоинство - это хозяева! Встретили нас тепло и по грузински гостеприимно - угостили домашним хачапури.

Прекрасное место для отдыха! Я наслаждался тишиной и спокойствием этого жилья, особенно уютным двориком. Расположение близко к крупному магазину Agrohub оказалось очень удобным. Хозяева просто замечательные! Они были дружелюбными и гостеприимными, всегда готовы помочь. Рекомендую эту квартиру всем, кто ищет комфортное и гостеприимное место для проживания.

Her şey çok güzeldi. Ev fotoğraflarda görüldüğü gibiydi ve rahattı. Evin konumu da güzel sakin bir yerde. Yatakları ise çok rahattı tekrar o yatakta yatmak için tiflise gidilebilir 😂 en ufak bir konuda dahi merakımı gidermek için çok kısa sürede cana yakın içten bir şekilde cevap verdi. Ve bir o kadar da esprili bir ev sahibi. Kısacası sorunsuz ve çok güzel bir Airbnb deneyimiydi. Teşekkürler Sophio 🙏🏼

Mari is amazing host. The apartment is super perfect! you have all you need here. You have hot tub as well for relaxing, metro just 2 minutes. As a superhost having long experience in it I would highly recommend Mari apartment as it's one of the best experience I had. thanks Mary for your hospitality.

Прекрасная квартира рядом с главой улицей. Магазины и кафе совсем рядом. В квартире 2 спальни. Спать комфортно, тихо, не слышно соседей!!! Сверху никто не ходит. Удобный матрас, отличные подушки, хорошее постельное белье. Мы жили до этого в другой квартире и там была очень плохая звукоизоляция. Постоянно слышали разговоры соседей за стеной. Здесь сон отличный! В этой квартире большое количество посуды, удобно готовить. Отзывчивый и вежливый хозяин, всегда на связи. Очень чисто! Если эта квартира будет свободна в нашу следующую поездку, то мы будем жить только здесь:) Большое спасибо!

In my opinion … if you like what you see .. it is what you get. Easy to communicate with Megi. Has a sense of humour too! Her son Gorgi takes care of most of the immediate business, checking in and out. Always responsive to your needs.
