Very good location with the possibility of using 1 garage. Nice apartment but overlooking a main street... Too bad there's no hot water in the kitchen. Close to a supermarket (Marjane).

Very easy to communicate with the host, Ayoub. Ayoub was already waiting for us at Bab Ziat when we arrived in late evening, and prepared drinks and snacks for us. Very much appreciated. A very short and flat walk from Bab Ziat to his unit. We like the rooms, the kitchen and the courtyard. Two of the bathrooms and a toilet are in the same bathroom like public bathroom style. We still use it a one bathroom as there isn't enough space to hang our clothes and towels in the bathroom within the bathroom. We were there for two nights, arrived late and left early. Didn't encounter any strange people except for a kid which told us "it's closed" when we were on our way to a nearby restaurant for dinner (very nice dinner). Ayoub recommended Batha Coffee for breakfast and we liked it a lot (went there for breakfast consecutive days). Had trouble opening the main door to the apartment building with the key but you just need to try for a few more times.

Great and communication with the host. Checking in and checking out was so smooth and easy. The place itself is clean with two bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Would definitely recommend for a stay in Al Houceima!!

Anass’ flat provides a tranquil respite from the chaotic hubbub of the Medina, while still being in easy reach of it. The apartment itself is spacious, sparklingly clean, and well equipped. Anass is a very responsive host, and was able to accommodate us at very short notice.

Beautiful view from the terrace! The place itself was basic, but nice and clean. Loved the cool shades during the hot days.

Nisrine's place is located in the heart of the Fes medina and so offers a very authentic experience. We were able to walk to most of the attractions. Checking in all the way to the house is not possible with a car so expect to walk some way with luggage, but this is part of the medina experience. Nisrine and Abdo were kind, always responsive and very helpful.

The first thing I want to highlight is the unbeatable location of Mehdi's apartment. Just 50 meters from the entrance to the esplanade of the Medina de Fez, it is ideal to know and explore on foot. In addition, Medhi was always very attentive to any needs. We were unlucky enough to live the blackout in Spain and that changed our entire plan, however Medhi was very understandable and understood the problem and allowed us to stay one more day and gave us all the facilities to wait. I highly recommend it.

Wonderful stay at Dar Benaress. Mohammed and Nabilla are amazing hosts. Before we arrived, Mohammed asked if we’d like a list of things to do in and near Fes that he could arrange. It was our first time in Fes so we opted for both of the local tours and the hammam. We could not recommend them more and were so pleased we did those. The tours were informative and our guide helped us shop and took great care of us. Another option we arranged for was the home cooked meal. We initially thought we’d do that only one night, but Nabilla is such an extraordinary chef that we did it an additional two nights we were there of our four night stay. The riad itself is as beautiful and charming and magical as the pictures show. If not more. Amenities were as said. We couldn’t figure out the AC but the weather was fine so we didn’t bother to ask. The location is wonderful and Nabilla and Mohammed were very accommodating on arrival and when going on excursions. Would be lovely to visit again.

Beautiful arabesque house with a wonderful location. Zoubaida was very welcoming, she waited for us and made sure that everything was going good for our stay. Comfortable beds, very well equipped kitchen and clean bathrooms. We highly recommend this place.

We had a great stay and we thank Fatima, without whom, we would not have discovered Fez and its surroundings in the same way. Through Fatima, we were able to do the cultural tour of the medina and the souks, and then we were very well led and guided by our taxi driver. He helped us discover local life in the countryside. The riad, well located, is clean and spacious and the terrace is pleasant. The couscous offered by Fatima is excellent and hearty.

Douaa’s place is a hidden pearl in the blue pearl city. Right in the heart of the Medina it was mere steps to cafes and restaurants as well as hawking and shopping. The place was spacious and clean. Douaa and her brother were warm and welcoming with great recommendations and were even kind enough to let us store our bags past checkout which was greatly appreciated. If you’re looking for a comfortable spot in the heart of the bustle of the Medina look no further.

Beautiful, clean location with a fantastic view. It was an easy walking distance to the old Medina. The unit had all the amenities we needed. Definitely recommend .

Lubna was an amazing host who put a great deal of care into both the place and her guests' comfort. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very quiet. It truly felt like a home away from home. If you ever need accommodation in Fes and find her place available, don't hesitate to book it. You won't be disappointed.

Very easy contact with Mhamed; a warm welcome by the caretaker and the staff of the residence. The apartment is very functional and very clean. Nearby: Carrefour, pharmacy, grocery store... ideal for managing your stay. The driver Ahmed is very kind and very helpful... in complete serenity; we did our excursions around Fez and much more. I recommend this accommodation and this host!!
