Beautiful home in Antipolo that was exactly as described, and it was appointed with everything you could possibly need. Aircon worked well, hot showers, comfortable beds, and a beautiful pool. The place was in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The hosts were very responsive if we had questions. We will definitely book here again!

Our booking was unplanned due to a sudden change in schedule and an early event near the property. I made a reservation around 7 PM and received a prompt response within minutes. The transaction was smooth, and the house was ready by 10 PM. We arrived around 11 PM, but unfortunately, we got locked out while unloading our things. Thankfully, they had spare keys and staff available to assist us. Great service overall!

We had a wonderful stay! Everybody in the family absolutely loved the place. It’s just the right size for a small to medium-sized group, and the layout of the house is thoughtfully designed so that everyone feels connected while still having enough space to relax. The house was very clean and well-maintained, which made us feel comfortable right away. The host was responsive and helpful, even in the middle of the night, and never once made us feel like we were a bother. That said, I’d still suggest not disturbing them unless necessary — but if you ever need help, you can count on them. They even went the extra mile by recommending a home service massage, which was exactly what we needed to unwind. From booking to check-in and check-out, the whole process was seamless. Highly recommend this place for families looking for a smooth, stress-free getaway!

Kim is TRULY A SUPERHOST❤️she even went out of her way to help us with transportation. The place is a sanctuary in the middle of busy Malate and you will not be able to hear any noise once you’re in your room. We feel very safe and well taken care of by the host. I highly recommend this place if you are planning to be in Manila. Everything you need is right there such as great restaurants to eat and shopping places. One of my favorite AIR BNB ever! Our holiday was extra special all thanks to Ma’am Linda’s home! It is perfect for our family, accommodating kids, teens, and adults effortlessly. It was clean, well-maintained, and welcoming the moment we arrived. All furniture was sturdy and comfortable. The kitchen appliances were relatively new and kitchenware was impressively complete, making meal preparations a breeze. We particularly appreciated the high-quality air conditioning throughout the house. The well-thought-out layout made it easy for us to come together for family activities while also enjoying private downtime when needed in the rooms. The added touches, such as cozy bedding, thoughtful decor, and little conveniences like ample power outlets and fast Wi-Fi, truly made this a standout stay. The outdoor space was also a highlight—perfect for morning coffee or late-night chats. I highly recommend maam Linda’s place to anyone looking for a perfect temporary home for all occasions within the city! We’ll be back!

We drove to Jonalin’s place. It’s very nice that there’s one dedicated parking spot for guests. So one car can be brought. The place is good for a couple or up to 4 people, might feel cramped if the group is larger. The place is inside a subdivision with houses side by side so it’s not entirely private. But we felt at home once entering the place and it didn’t feel cramped for us (it was only my partner and I). The dipping pool was great. It’s not deep so diving or jumping isn’t allowed. Jonalin even provided a pet bed, toilet mat, toy, dog bowl, and inducer spray since we brought our pet Shih Tzu to the place. We were told only small dog breeds are allowed.

The place was conveniently located to other points of interest in the area. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Definitely enjoyed our stay! Will be booking again if we're ever in the area.

Had a great stay. The place was clean, cozy, and beautifully Japanese-themed—perfect for a relaxing break. Loved the peaceful vibe and comfy setup with lots of things to do (Online Streaming platforms, PS5 Console, and Board Games). Host was friendly and easy to talk to. Highly recommend!

Arleen&Anne are excellent hosts. They make you feel welcomed and take the time to meet you and explain everything in person. Their attention to detail is commendable. Their place is very clean and comfortable, and has everything you need and more. We also love that it smells so good. It is also convenient with the Venice mall within 2 minutes of walking and the Uptown Mall, Mitsukoshi Mall, Landers, etc. just a short Grab ride away. We recommend their place and would come back when we are in the area again.

We stayed at Balay sa Air for almost a month, and it truly became our home away from home in the Philippines. Nestled right in the heart of Makati’s business district, the location was incredibly convenient—close to groceries, restaurants, and even a pho place just behind the condo that stays open late (a huge plus!). Despite being in a busy area, the neighborhood itself was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. Dione and Joan were exceptional hosts. Their responses were practically real-time, and they took care of every need we had without fail. Check-in was seamless and stress-free—they handled everything. We grew so attached to the place that we actually felt a little homesick after we left. That says a lot. We’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Overall was satisfied with our stay. There could be improvements to be made like the spoilt balcony door lock. The place was accessible to everything you need and it's easy to book a grab since I prefer to leave my car. The free parking was an added bonus. I will definitely come back. Thank you.

Meldie’s stay had everything I needed for a solo vacay in Manila 🤗 comfortable bed and pullout couch, had all necessary amenities. You’re right about Venice Grand Canal Mall so if you’re looking for something to do there’s a lot nearby! Was always able to contact the owner with questions and concerns :) shower/ bathroom was clean, kitchen had everything needed to cook at home, and there were extra towels and blankets that helped with my stay.

Superb host, very responsive, accommodating and helpful. I cannot say enough good things about Ren! Place was exactly as per the photos with everything in good order. Would have no hesitation in booking this place again in the future.

Once I was able to get a hold of my wifi, check in was easy and all directions and information was useful. The bed was comfy enough and I loved the balcony view--even though it was rainy for about half my stay. It was a bit farther from the airport than I initially thought, but still reasonable and I enjoyed having easy access to a spa and massage the night I arrived. Overall, a good stay!

Ben’s place was such a great find—clean, cozy, and great value for the price. Communication was smooth from the start. Kathleen shared the check-in details clearly, and when I asked if I could drop off my bags early, they kindly offered to let me leave them with the cleaning staff around noon. On the day of my stay, Ben even messaged to say I could check in early at no extra cost—which was a huge help since I had an appointment in Makati and was worried where I could leave my backpack. The unit was spotless, the bed super comfy, and the linens and towels smelled fresh. The kitchen had all the basics if you wanted to cook. It honestly felt like a mini boutique stay. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place in Makati.

Had a great stay. The host is very responsive to messages. Didn't checked before booking and was surprised that the place is developed by DMCI and upon knowing I know it'll be a good building complex, i like DMCI developments :) The sticky notes on key places and appliances are extremely helpful - should be a must to all Airbnb listings. Key electronic appliances such as refrigerator, microwave, tv, wifi, aircon, etc. are available. The toilet papers, fresh towels and free drinking water is a plus. A quiet and peaceful place in my opinion. Also, it's great that there are nearby fast food resto, a convenience store and coffee and milk tea shops. The view from the balcony is just WOW! Would book the place again in the future just because of the balcony and the view from it :D It's a big factor that you can check-in here anytime before the usual 2 or 3pm check-in time (depending if there's no prior booking or if they can accommodate) free of charge.
