It was super clean, exceeded my expectations, very organized, and I loved how we could adjust the TV's position. The glass wall was a really nice touch, and the place looked amazing for such an affordable price! Just a heads-up though: it’s a bit far from any stores and there’s no nearby convenience store, so I highly recommend buying all the essentials before heading there. I'm definitely going back!

My husband and I had amazing stay at Danilo's place. He is also very responsive. Every detail inside the unit was perfect from the stylish furnishings moroccan inspired and the balcony view was absolutely stunning a perfect spot to relax. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy and clean place to stay!:)

We initially planned for a stat over the weekend but we love the place, it was clean, well maintained, and cozy. So we extended for almost a week. Plus, we have a superb host. Who’s very responsive and made sure we enjoyed our stay. Thanks a lot!

This is my second time staying at Veronica's place and I can definitely recommend them whenever youre staying in or around Eastwood. The unit is spotless, easily accessible, convenient since everything you'll need is within walking distance, staff are friendly and the host is very thoughtful, respectful and attentive. They always make sure to respond on time whenever you have any questions or concerns and they go out of their way to make sure you have everything you'll need to have a enjoyable time at their unit. We would definitely book this place again if the need arises. The place was clean when we arrived and felt very homey. I even asked if the unit was available for long-term rent. The entire residence was a great place to stay, with a good community and excellent facilities and amenities. It truly felt like home, and we felt secure throughout our stay. William was also very responsive, friendly, and easy to talk to, which made the experience even better.

5/5 Stars I had an amazing stay at Patrick’s place! The apartment was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything I needed. The location was perfect, close to restaurants, attractions, public transportation, which made my trip so convenient. Patrick was a fantastic host, responding quickly to my questions and offering great local recommendations. I especially appreciated the detailed instructions and check ins. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting BGC and would definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

We had a very comfortable stay and very much worth the price. The room as clean and cozy and had most of the things you'd need. The free parking as easy and accessible, it was a bit tight to maneuver so just don't bring an oversized car. Definitely would stay again!

So I had pretty much established a pattern of staying at Savoy when I come to MNL, I always got the extra large suite that had a great view. Well, that pattern is officially broken. This place is everything that that suite was and more! It's bigger, it's nicer, and it has a great view. I mean, honestly, this is a luxury apartment, and unlike some, I don't use the word 'luxury' lightly. The bathroom is huge and everything in the apartment is super nice and comfortable. There's several places to eat easily in walking distance and if you're into night life, there's some bars nearby. It's not far from the airport, but once you're in the apartment, it feels like you're a million miles away; the neighborhood is good and generally peaceful, but it is a lively area, so expect a little bit of noise sometimes. Still, once you're in the apartment, it feels like you're far away from much of the hustle and bustle of MNL. I will absolutely be back, because this is my new MNL/Makati spot for sure!

This is our second time being hosted by Venica, and once again, she did not disappoint. She’s incredibly responsive and accommodating, making the whole stay smooth and worry-free. The place itself is beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully updated—everything you could ask for in a temporary home. We’ll definitely be booking with her again in the future! Highly recommended.

Awesome place for rest and relaxation. The host was incredible and very accomodating, the ammeneties are accurate from the listing, the location is quiet and peaceful, the caretaker attends to our concerns nicely. We stayed for 3D2N with Senior and Kids and we all had a great stay, the space will be enjoyed by all ages. Value for money, it actually exceeded our expectations. The place was cooled already and very clean when we arrived, ensuring that guests will get to relax the moment they enter. Great for all setup (Family / Friends). Every corner/space in the house offers a way to relax, from cozy beds, fully equipped kitchen, pool area with projector, massage chair, and more.

Very quick and responsive hosts always quick to help in an emergency, immediately replace broken computer chair, always very warm and helping fix situations, has very helpful cleaning service during my entire stay of over a month. Easy to contact and solve any problems. Thank you! Condominium Lobby personnel receptionist door men security extremely courteous and greeting you, assisting you when you check in and out plus helps you et to the elevator floor you need to got to. Loading and unloading to the lobby is very convenient and accessible. Great view of the city during New Year's eve fireworks. Very quiet highest floor, Immediate literally next door to the Venice Canal Mall full of restaurants and coffee shops, across the street to several ATM machines. Overall a great location and place to stay for my entire Christmas holiday and till Feb. 2025

My family stayed in the unit most of the time while I did meetings outside. Overall, there were no complaints from them and the kids loved the place especially the bathtub. We had to extend an additional night and Christia was super helpful to arrange another unit for us. If there’s anything to recommend is to upgrade cleaning tools as some are already worn out. Nonetheless, it was a place worth every penny for us or even more. We would be considering to go back to this place when we go to Manila. Kudos!

A good place to stay when you’re in the metro. Felt like home and the place has a lot of food options nearby. The hosts are proactive and give clear instructions for checkin and checkout. I would love to stay again in this place in the near future.

Thompson responds quickly and keeps everything clean. I especially love their chair massage - its so relaxing and definitely my favorite! I just hope they can improve the heater in the bathroom, since the water is still cold when you shower, as if there's no heater at all. But overall, everything else is great. Thank you Thompson! I'll definitely come back again.

Andrew’s place was just the perfect place for my family to stay for 12 days. The unit was exactly what we expected and more. The host was responsive to our needs and even helped us when a personal item was accidentally left in the unit after we checked out. I truly appreciate his kindness.
