Holiday rentals with a sauna in Tây Hồ

I frequently travel and have been to over 80 airbnbs already, but this has been definitely my best stay to date. Amazing and spotlessly clean apartment, perfect location, and Linh was extremely helpful throughout the stay, even being kind enough to pick up medicaments for me when I had a minor medical problem. I will come back for sure!

Linh, met us and personally set up grab ECT for my wife, dressed the dining table with flowers! very responsive even booked us a restaurant for dinner 10/10

Very comfortable. Very cozy. Short walk to great restaurants, coffee shops, and the lake. Absolutely wonderful experience highly recommended

Thanh’s is excellent host and communication

Spacious apartment on the 20th floor, where the air is much cleaner than downstairs and much quieter than on the first floors. The master bedroom and balcony have a beautiful view of the West Lake. The apartment has excellent soundproofing from neighbors, all furniture and appliances are new. There are a lot of useful things like dumbbells and a yoga mat, which came in handy for us. There is a good spa downstairs in the house. We enjoyed living in the apartment. During the whole time there was only one small embarrassment - we bought our daughter a bouquet for her birthday, but when we came back to the apartment we didn't find the vase, which was definitely there before we left. Where it had gone remains a mystery to us.

The place was in a great location, walkable to many sites and to the Hop on Hop off Bus. The place has great security in the building at all times, though I never felt unsafe.

My kids love the apartment. The location is really nice and convenient for everything you need. Linh is really supportive and helpful. Highly recommended!

This was our first time in Hanoi and Westlake area is great because it is close to all restaurants but It is a way from all the noise and yet it has all the shopping nearby. Our condo is located on 16th floor and has a great view of the city and close to Hanoi old quarter. The room is clean and the floor is made of marble with which made it cool and bright. Linh was very responsive and she made sure that we had everything that we needed.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this apartment. The highlight was definitely the stunning view — waking up to a panoramic cityscape, lush greenery and a serene lake was truly refreshing. The apartment was clean, spacious, and exactly as shown in the photos. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was responsive and courteous. It’s a perfect spot for anyone looking for a peaceful stay with a view. Would love to come back again!

Tuan’s apartment is an absolute gem - brand new, spotless, and beautifully designed. It’s comfortable, practical, and feels incredibly cozy - we felt at home right away. Tuan is a model host: he responds quickly, is always helpful, and actively suggests great local experiences. The Japanese-style neighborhood is stunning and peaceful - perfect for relaxing walks. Nearby, you’ll find the Mori Onsen complex with hot springs, massage salons, a swimming pool, and a gym - everything you need to take care of both body and mind. There are also plenty of delicious restaurants around, and getting to Hanoi is very easy. Highly recommended - a solid 10/10!

I really enjoyed my stay at Anh Tuan's home! It was spotless clean, very well located, spacious and had all the amenities I needed. Aside from his beautiful home, Anh Tuan was an exceptional host who was always extremely friendly and responsive! He even took us to an Onsen and showed us the city of Hanoi!! Really cant recommend his home and him as a host enough!! Thank you so much!!!

Hang's place was nothing short of amazing, from the check in to helping us set up our tours it was all perfect. The photos matched the place, and in my opinion it was even better than the photos. it was so comfortable and relaxing. The beds are a firmer than the average bed so do keep that in mind if you prefer soft, sink-in beds. But honestly, it was still very comfortable for me. Both hosts are truly amazing and wonderful, always responsive, helped us booked a tour to Ninh Binh which in my opinion is going above and beyond. Helped us with Taxi drivers, locsl recommendations etc We never got to try the Onsen or the pool due to a very busy schedule but it looked extremely nice and I saw people always going to it. The bathroom amenities were fully stocked, and good onsite restaurants/convenience stores, theres a Gym as well! Overall the place was amazing, and we definitely would book again! Very comfortable and cozy apartment with everything you need for life. The host is friendly, answers all questions instantly. The Ecopark location is simply magical, there is good infrastructure, it is convenient to walk, swans float in the river (black ones included), peacocks and geese walk further afield in the park, there are many Japanese restaurants and coffee shops around. Great place to relax from the noisy life

It's just a place where you don't need words. I will choose this accommodation again if I have to stay in Hanoi next time.

Really nice apartment! The location is great, especially if you have kids. Very nice area to have walks outside and there are some restaurants near by. Golf court 5 minutes walk from the apartment, cinema near by and a great park with animals such as a donkey, goats etc… All in all, very satisfied!

Location was nice, felt safe in the neighborhood. Fits 7 comfortably with bathrooms on each floor. I would book it again!

A high-class Villa with Nordic style design, entering the house with a gentle and relaxed woody smell. Luxury furniture, please, smooth full appliances from A-Z. Swimming pool with extreme salt water is chill. Every little detail inside the house is meticulously decorated by the host, thoughtful and extremely beautiful. A vacation spot worth the money for the family for vacation before returning to work.

Great option for getaway from Hanoi - fresh air, huge territory, a lot of activities. Hoai is a great host, everything went smooth and comfortable.
