Beautiful home. Outside was stunning. Pool stones are wobbly (be extremely careful sitting on the side)

Great stay at Blue Mountain. The kiddos really enjoyed the game room and the pool table. it was also super convenient to be able to schedule free shuttle to pick up and drop off to and from the village. Even if couldn't catch the shuttle it's only 20 min walk.

We had a fantastic stay at Reza’s cottage! The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and perfectly equipped for a relaxing getaway. Reza was an excellent host—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. We truly appreciated his hospitality and attention to detail. Highly recommend this charming cottage for a perfect get away. My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The house is very comfortable. Spacious, clean and very private. Close to Blue Mountain and all it has to offer. The Property Valet team was very quick to respond to communication and attentive. I would definitely stay here again.

lovely spot for some quiet outside time. backyard is spacious and welcoming. plenty of options for seating to enjoy sun or shade. kitchen was absolutely amazing to prepare food in, well organized and nicely laid out. rooms were tidy and clean, plenty of space to sleep 6 comfortably. would highly recommend this spot

We had such a wonderful time staying at John’s place—it honestly couldn’t have been better. The home was gorgeous, spotless, and felt so warm and inviting. You can tell a lot of care went into making it a space where guests can truly unwind and feel at home. The private pool was a dream. Surrounded by trees and completely peaceful, it felt like our own hidden escape. We spent hours swimming and lounging by the water, and since it was deep enough to dive, it added that extra bit of fun we didn’t expect but absolutely loved. John was an incredible host—super responsive and kind. Any time I had a question, he got back to me right away and made sure everything went smoothly. It was so reassuring to know he was just a message away. If 10 stars were an option, we’d give them in a heartbeat. This stay set the bar so high, and we’re already talking about coming back. Huge thanks to John for making it such a memorable getaway!

We had a wonderful stay with a family of four including 18 year old teen boys and two dogs. The boys enjoyed the pool table and great tv's while my wife and I enjoyed the great walking and quiet surroundings. It was also easy to have our well trained dogs with us in this location which was wonderful. Thank you Brendan for the terrific stay and allowing us to change our reservation when our plans changed with ease.

Had a great time at the cottage. Everything as pictured, beds were comfy, bathrooms clean, and lots to do including games, kayaking, paddle boarding, plunge pool, and hot tub. The lake isn’t great for swimming but we were never at a loss of things to do because of it. Wasaga is also just a drive away if you want something more lively for a night. Herb was a great host and very responsive, friendly and accommodating :)

We stayed here for a Family Day getaway recently. Very private and relaxing location with beautiful views of Georgian Bay. Evgenia was a wonderful host, very responsive and friendly and willing to go the extra mile to make our stay comfortable and memorable. I would definitely recommend staying here and look forward to returning.

We stayed at Dianna’s place while we were in Collingwood and the accommodate was even better than the photos! Her place had everything we needed and more. We only stayed a couple nights but it’s set up for long term stays as well. The location was 5 minutes from the water and a 6 minute drive to the downtown core. I would recommend this spot to anyone travelling to Collingwood.

We had an incredible stay at this immaculate suite. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully considered—from plush blankets and cozy robes to a curated selection of toiletries, candles, and a fully stocked coffee and tea station. It truly felt like we were staying in a boutique resort or luxurious cabin. The suite is very spacious and located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, yet it’s surprisingly convenient—just minutes to the beach and downtown Barrie. We loved how easy it was to explore the area, and there were tons of great food options nearby to suit every craving. The beds and linens were ultra comfortable, making it hard to get up in the morning! Everything about the space was inviting, warm, and relaxing. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a serene escape with top-tier comfort and thoughtful touches.

A Perfect Stay at a Stunning Home! We recently had the pleasure of staying at this absolutely beautiful home, and it exceeded all of our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean, spacious, and well-maintained everything was. The home is truly stunning — a perfect blend of comfort and style. The kitchen was a highlight for us. Not only was it gorgeous, but it was also fully stocked with all the items we needed to enjoy our meals together. Each room was thoughtfully set up and provided the perfect space for all of our guests — everyone felt right at home. We especially loved spending time outdoors and in the sunroom. The deck was a great place to relax and soak up the sun during the day, and the sunroom was the ideal spot to start and end our days with a coffee or glass of wine. There was more than enough room for everyone, and the ample parking made everything super convenient. We’re already talking about our next trip back. We highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay! Highly recommend this location for anyone traveling with children. The park area across the street was better than expected! We are extremely happy with our one week stay here while visiting family. The home was clean and well stocked, everything was exactly as described on the listing. The beds were super comfortable. Labeed was always prompt with his responses. No complaints at all about this place and we'd stay here again next time we are in Barrie!

The only issue was the kettle was t clean and the pots and pans could be updated and other than that beautiful spot and area and wasn’t far from where we wanted to be .

We stayed at this beautiful cottage for 3 nights with a group of 10 ladies, and it truly was a fantastic experience. Cottage was exactly as mentioned on the site, very comfortable and spacious and there was plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. From the cozy common areas to the well equipped kitchen and serene surroundings, everything contributed to a memorable and relaxing stay. Highly recommend this lovely place for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with all the comforts of home!

We had some hiccups due to the weather and power outage, Michelle offered great options so that we could stick to our plan and enjoy our trip! We had an absolutely wonderful time here! Beautiful house, very clean, peaceful location, and stunning views. We were a group of 8 (5 adults, 3 kids) and had plenty of space. The house had everything we needed and more and Paola was incredibly responsive throughout the week. We used the house as a base to explore the area and go into Toronto a few times, which was all easily accessible. We also just enjoyed downtime at the house, with a few nearby areas the kids could play outside. Highly recommend!
