Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Tavira

We loved our stay, the Villa was well laid out, very clean and had everything we needed. Joao was an excellent host communicating throughout our stay and provided excellent recommendations. Everything was easy to find and the towns nearby provided everything we needed within a ten minute drive. I would highly recommend this place for a restful stay.

Just loved Sandra’s place. So peaceful and we felt right at home among the lemon trees. The bed was comfortable and the cooking facilities were perfect. You can walk to the little supermarket in about 10 minutes down a track which was perfect to collect fresh bread in the morning and give our little dog a walk off lead. Sandra and Miguel were always responsive to any questions we had. Tavira is about an 8 minute drive away and there’s a large free car park just over the bridge. It’s worth visiting Santa Luzia too which is about 18 minutes by car and also there’s lovely beaches in the opposite direction. The Quinta has a soul if its own - so enjoyed my morning yoga practise. A wonderful place to stay. ❤️❤️

Já é a segunda vez que ficamos nesta casa, é mesmo muito gira, confortável e funcional. Óptimas de zonas exteriores de estadia, ideais para se estar e aproveitar a vida ao ar livre, zona da piscina super simpática. Localização ideal. O Frederico foi um anfitrião muito prestável e cuidadoso. Para o ano vamos voltar, sem dúvida!

Vielen Dank an unsere Gastgeber! Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche im Haus von Filipa und Paulo. Wir waren als kleine Familie zu Besuch und empfehlen es jedem weiter. Unser Baby hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt und hatte viel zu erkunden im Haus. Für uns erwachsene war es schön Abends in der ruhigen Gegen zusammenzusitzen und den Tag ausklingen zu lassen.

Lovely traditional house within very easy, flat walking distance of Tavira town centre and the many restaurants there. Spotlessly clean and well equipped. Great patio space for al fresco dining/sunbathing and useful touches such as extra large beach towels. View from the front is of car repair garage across the road but this really doesn’t matter as the patio is at the rear. Although we didn’t have chance to meet them David and Megan were very communicative hosts. All in all a great place to stay to easily enjoy all that Tavira has to offer.

We hebben genoten van ons korte verblijf in Casa Boa Vista. Het weer was voor februari geweldig, dus we hebben zelfs gebruik kunnen maken van het zwembad. De prachtige uitzichten doen de naam van het huis zeker eer aan! De communicatie met Gabriele en de beheerders verliep vlekkeloos. Zeer vriendelijk en altijd bereikbaar. Dank je wel dat we in jouw mooie huis mochten verblijven Gabriele. We hopen er in de toekomst graag nog eens terug te keren.

This place was amazing and Carmen was there to help us during the entire stay. Amazing heated pool and the beer machine was of great help.

Just wow! Rita met us to check us in and contacted us several times to make sure all was well. Any little issues were addressed right away, kindly and professionally. The little house was clean and cozy with great patio to enjoy a glass of wine with a view to the distant sea. We loved everything and Rita is wonderful!!!! Can’t recommend highly enough. Hope to return!

abbiamo soggiornato a Tavira nell' appartamento di Ana per 4 giorni. Ottima posizione di partenza per escursioni giornaliere in Algarve. Situato poco fuori dal centro della bellissima cittadina, l'appartamento è ordinato, pulito, completo di ottimi elettrodomestici, compresa l'asciugatrice, corredato anche da un bel terrazzo. Ana con noi è stata disponibile e molto gentile, così come suo figlio che ci ha accolto personalmente al check in. Consigliato sia per la posizione comoda e tranquilla che per la cordialità dell' host.

Wir hatten als dreiköpfige Familie eine sehr schöne Woche in Casa Regina, Wohnung 2. Wir konnten auf der großen Terrasse angenehm sitzen. Die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Pool und Garten konnten wir schön nutzen. Waschmaschine super. Andrew und seine Mutter Lurdes waren sehr reaktionsschnell und kommunikativ. Bei Problemen mit der Dusche wurde schnell reagiert und es gab als kleine Entschädigung Kekse und Wein. Bei der Buchung weist Andrew auch darauf hin, dass es eine ruhige Wohneinheit ist. Es ist tatsächlich wichtig, dies zu berücksichtigen, da die Wohnungen recht eng aneinander liegen. Wohnung 3 grenzt an das große Schlafzimmer an und je nach Nachbarn kann es auch etwas hellhörig sein. Man hört auch immer mal die Straße, nachts ist es jedoch relativ ruhig und auch am Pool ist es idyllisch. Es ist noch zu erwähnen, dass der Eingang von Wohnung 1 auf die Terrasse von Wohnung 2 führt. Wir hatten sehr nette Nachbarn, so dass es für uns nicht weiter störend war.

In our travels through Portugal, this was absolutely the best place we stayed. Marcio’s place is very spacious, very clean, and has the feeling of being in a real home. There is a large outdoor patio where we enjoyed hanging out. And even though we were in a central location, the apartment was peaceful and quiet. Marcio was very easy to communicate with, and even when we locked ourselves out of the apartment, he was extremely kind and helpful. I can’t recommend this place enough. It was fabulous!!

Ian is a very friendly host. We stayed for two weeks in Tavira. A beautiful city and a beautiful house. Perfect for the two of us. Highly recommended. Thanks for having us! We sure like to come back next year.

O Duarte respondeu sempre rápido e com muita simpatia ás nossas mensagens. O apartamento está como descrito no anúncio, bonito, bem equipado, com muita luz natural e com uma localizado muito central, perto de praticamente tudo.

We had a fantastic stay at Fatima's beautiful property. It exceeded our expectations, offering privacy, stunning peaceful surroundings, ample facilities on site and easy access to surrounding beaches and towns. Our children spent much of their time in the swimming pools, but our highlight was the amazing farm kitchen where we collected coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice and warm baked bread every morning along with a variety of fruits from the farm surrounding the property. Fatima and her team were exceptional hosts. Considerate, helpful and quick to respond. We were welcomed as old friends and given a guided tour on arrival, then left with space and privacy. Any questions that arose were answered quickly, we were even offered fresh cakes one morning! We would return in a heartbeat, thank you so much Fatima!

Espaço agradável e muito cuidado. A anfitriã é extremamente agradável. Fica um pouco longe do centro, no entanto, tem muito para visitar. Conheci múltiplas praias e ilhas como a ilha de Tavira e a de Armona, que são maravilhosas. Adorei a estadia.

We four friends had a very nice time in this fantastic house and found exactly what we were looking for: sunrise, sunset, a view of the vastness of the mountains, absolute peace... The pool was my joy despite my injured leg! The house is furnished with great attention to detail, which also contributed to our relaxation! Thank you also for the friendly and helpful contact! After our vacation in Madeira was canceled due to a forest fire, we never thought we would find such beautiful accommodation at the last minute. We would love to come back!

Amazing experience in this villa. The Host was exceptional always there to respond and take care of things and it shows that he cares about the place. I would recommend this to anyone. Place was clean and cozy. In a very private development. If I ever get a chance will book it again. I already forwarded to few friends in London to have that experience. Thanks Mr Helder. We loved our stay at Terwest and really didn’t want to leave. Everything is perfect, the Villa, the views, the facilities and Sao Bras. We are already booking for summer next year but next time for longer, wish it could be forever!

La maison de Mildred et d’Alex, et le terrain qui l’entoure, est un véritable coin de paradis. C’est une maison qui a été très bien conçue et qui est faite pour y vivre. Tout y est impeccable et mieux que sur les photos. Au printemps, la vue sur les fleurs, les collines et le ciel étoilé, est très apaisante. La maison est près de tout. La rencontre avec Mildred et Alex a été un vrai plaisir. Leur fille Emay, aussi sympathique et efficace, répond aux demandes et transmet l’information très rapidement. Sans oublier les chiens Lilly et Louis qui sont adorables. À ce jour, il s’agit de l’une de nos meilleures expériences Airbnb ! Nous espérons y retourner bientôt.

We had a lovely stay. The apartment was better than the photos and in particular seemed more spacious. It had everything we needed for a great family holiday with two small children (2+6). The use of a very well equipped kitchen and washing machine was particularly helpful. The shutters ensured that the children slept well at night as they blocked out most of the light. There was a heatwave during our stay and no air con in the children's bedroom and as such moved our youngest's cot into the living area, which worked better. The air con there and in the main bedroom was great however. The location was very peaceful, up on the hill above tavira. We often had the pool to ourselves and had no issues with noise from neighbours. We didn't hire a car, despite the advice of the owner. We found it manageable with the help of a pram and toddler carrier. The walk into town being 20 minutes and the trip to the bus and train station not much further. The host was really responsive.

Prachtige locatie midden in de natuur met geweldige uitzichten, zeker bij zonsop- en ondergang! Huis van alle gemakken voor zien met heerlijk zwembad. Let er wel op dat je de juiste weg naar het huis toeneemt! Met de gekregen coördinaten gaf Google maps de weg vanuit het oosten aan, die weg is echter zeer smal en slecht begaanbaar (waardoor helaas schade aan de auto). Je moet vanaf westelijke richting naar het huis rijden, wat betekent dat je bij het bruggetje direct rechtsaf moet ipv rechtdoor. Maar niet afschrikken door dit bericht, want het huis is geweldig.

A great location away from the tourist coast. Very peaceful, serene and private. The house had good facilities and made for a great stay

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine en famille ! La maison est propre, le service est de qualité irréprochable (il ne nous manquait rien) et l’emplacement est au calme. Le seul petit défaut serait peut être l’accessibilité du logement mais à part ça c’était parfait !
