This is a "very old building" that seems to have been built in the early Showa era. It used to be a Dried fish shop. It is a long, deep row house with a very unique construction. The inconvenience of glowing everywhere, such as the dirt room right from the entrance, a small living room, a steep staircase, and a slightly tilted second floor.We have renovated it to make it comfortable while retaining the appearance of the time. The location of the inn is right behind Katsuura Mori Street and the shopping district, so it is in a good location.It is a short walk to Katsuura Port, so you can easily go fishing.In the morning, you can buy vegetables and dried food at the morning market, take a break at a famous local coffee shop, visit a nearby temple, or take a bath in Matsunoyu, the oldest public bath in Chiba Prefecture!There are also a variety of nearby izakayas with a reasonable and good atmosphere.Try Katsuura Tantan noodles! Katsuura Chuo Beach is a 7-minute walk away. The nearby supermarket is 4 minutes by car "Bayesia". The nearby convenience store is "7-Eleven" 5 minutes on foot. Katsuura station is a 9-minute walk. It is quiet and private space is reserved for renting the entire house. From the garden, you can see the sunset and the sea. Enjoy your own space, but small. There are two beds and can accommodate both double and twin beds. There are two more mattresses. All basic facilities are provided, so you can stay without any inconvenience. (We do not recommend it for 4 adults as it is very small.The recommendation is 2 people + pet) Shower, toilet, kitchen new. It is a residential area, so it is safe and secure. Please have a special time at our secluded villa.
