La región si bien es semidesértica, de terrenos arcillosos, con flora de matorrales, mezquite, huizache, pirul, capulines y arbustos espinosos como el Xaxni; cuenta con diversas especies de cactáceas, biznagas, órganos, garambullos, cardones y otras plantas. En cuanto a la fauna, existen roedores como conejos, liebres, ardillas, zorrillos, onzas, tlacuaches, tuzas, reptiles y variedad de aves.

Located 5 minutes from downtown Ixmiquilpan, this home is perfect for having fun and/or relaxing in its thermal waters at 5 min the closest, or the "El Tephé" Water Park at 15 min. and 20 min from Ecotourism parks such as the "EcoAlberto" or just 45 min from the Tolantongo Caves.
