Holiday rentals with beach access in Tarrafal

Nivaldo is a very responsive, pleasant and caring host. He made himself available throughout the stay and offered us extra sheets on the coolest nights. The apartment is very well located, 10 min from the beach. All rooms are very clean with all the necessary amenities. The atmosphere is welcoming and warm. I would highly recommend it.

We had an exceptional stay at Hilario's The apartment was as described, clean and spacious. Hilario and his wife are wonderful hosts, always available to answer our questions. For an additional service Hilario introduced us to the charming town of Calheta and also took us to visit "Les Rabelados" in Espinho Branco. We enjoyed the bar/restaurant located in the residence. The atmosphere was very family and friendly. We'd recommend this place 100%.

Thierry was very responsive, we had a lock issue and it was resolved quickly. Conveniently located a few minutes from the beach and local market. Great stay. 🥰

Friendly and straightforward greeting and communication with the host. The apartment was as described in the photos. The roof terrace was particularly beautiful. Unfortunately, the bed was a little too soft for our taste. The place is close to the stone beach where we unfortunately could not bathe. The house is somewhat clairvoyant, but well maintained and tastefully furnished.

Spacious and very comfortable apartment, my daughters loved the space and the diversity of the colors of the rooms. The apartment was extremely clean and had cleaning materials, if we wanted to use them. You can easily access the sea, Tarrafal and Ponta de Atum beaches, about 15 and 7 minutes on foot, respectively. The restaurants and the center are located a few minutes' walk away. The apartment has no air conditioning, but during the stay we felt great thermal comfort. We highly recommend the Four Elements Home apartment and we thank you for hosting us. See you next time!

Very nice and well furnished and equipped flat including Wi-Fi. We stayed in apartment 3, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It has everything that one might need for a nice stay. The breakfast was really great. The owner, Manuela, is the perfect host, always ready to help. I can only recommend these apartments and we will sure book it again.

Great place, right next to the lively central market. Spacious for 2 people. Easy to walk to the beach in about 5 minutes. Worked very well for us, and we were able to cook our own meals easily in the well provided kitchen.

Communication with Gerson was always very quick and easy. when we arrived the T2 we rented was not ready, so we had to spend the first night at a t1 and share bed. as we were two friends there was no inconvenience, but it would have been boring if we were two friends of the opposite dry. We only knew this impossibility when we arrived and the next day we moved to T2 (also giving more work with bags and organization). t2 does not have hot water.. I had not noticed this until it arrived but maybe it was I who did not see the information. intermet does not work on T2, which was enough boring since I had to work.... otherwise, everything is ok.

Edna's place is spacious and very clean. It is located in a very beautiful house . Edna is responsive and communication was perfect. We were greeted by Neusa, Edna's sister-in-law, who is very friendly. There is a good Wifi connection except in the bedrooms. The apartment is a little tricky to find. You have to find your way around the green hotel, which is just before. There is a bakery near the apartment where one can find good bread.

A friend and I stayed at Maria's place as we were visiting Calheta for the first time. From my initial outreach to Maria, she was always responsive and very accommodating. Maria and her family were very welcoming and friendly. They hosted us for a lovely breakfast and a few unexpected friends even came over. Maria's place is in a very walkable area and close to a beautiful cliff over looking the ocean. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay

Very pleasant stay. A very large terrace well sheltered from the wind. Comfortable accommodation with very good bedding. The neighborhood is typical of local life. The beach is close and so is the shops. There is a good bakery 300m away. Note that the pressure of the shower may vary from day to day. No hot water in the sink but we can do without it. Claudio had stocked the cabinets with pepper salt, sugar, coffee, oil, vinegar, garlic, butter in the fridge and water, which we really enjoyed. Very responsive over the phone.

Spectacular views from the veranda!! Perfect for relaxing with a cup of coffee and a book. This house was great. We are a large family and there was plenty of space and beds for us all. Located in a very quiet neighborhood, Inira’s house is the perfect retreat from the city. Inira was very responsive during our stay with any questions we had. We would not hesitate to stay here again, we truly enjoyed our stay.

My stay at Casa Riviera was very good. The accommodation was large and spacious, with a cute little terrace. It was clean and nice. A very advantageous point, there is an affordable car rental agency just opposite, which is great. I advise you to rent a car for 3-4 days to visit the whole island at your own pace. The beach is about 10 minutes' walk away. I recommend it:) Also, there are a lot of grocery stores nearby so it's great. Restaurant point: there is a brunch nearby Adèle good value for money.

JEWELRY! The dream apartment! Super comfortable, very well decorated, accessible on foot or by car, close to the sea and restaurants. Erico is an amazing host, proactive, responsive, warm, welcoming and very available. Very small downside for the water pressure but Erico has the solution to this problem. Congrats again and thank you! I recommend closing my eyes!

We enjoyed staying at Sandro's apartment, everything was very organized and clean. My daughter felt right at home, she was still able to watch Netflix and we enjoyed exploring the nearby restaurant where they sell the best “catxupa, couscous, as well as fresh bread and coffee” This place is highly recommended, especially if you are traveling with your family.

We had a great stay. I and my family enjoyed our Vacay …The host was so helpful and responsive..He’s a great person . We can’t thank him .. We love Praia….

The house is very nice, very clean and tidy, close to a central avenue and with a shower that works. The kitchen is equipped with necessities. Maria has been very attentive to everything, and has helped us with all our questions. However, if you come in summer, it is quite hot and there is no air conditioning.

Sandra made me feel safe comfortable and welcome. Her place is awesome! You get everything you need in a home away from home!

I thank Fatima who remained available throughout our stay. The apartment is as described, the residence is secured with caretaker. There are places all around the residence to park. Fatima left us a parking space in the basement. I will come back to this place if I have to return to the island of Santiago,. I would recommend it, especially if you are a group. Glad to have been to your home Fatima.

We enjoyed with our family clean swimming pool quiet accommodation good air conditioning nice environment. transport to and from the airport was well organized. Our contact person was great, she responds immediately and solves everything immediately. We had no water for a while and it was arranged in no time. We will definitely come back!
