The apartment Orchidea is located on the 1st sea line, on the 1st floor of a residential building and has a view of the beach and sea. Unfortunately, there is an ongoing construction site on the side of the accommodation. Free wifi available. The residential building is located in a secure residential area. You don't need a car to live here. The beach is 50 meters, the nearest bar/restaurant 80 meters, 200 meters scooter and bike rental, Minimarket 20 meters, the center 500 meters from the house.

Lovely Studio in Porto Antigo 2, Pool, Wifi 1.Line

Recently renovated 1. floor studio in the private beach front residence Porto Antigo 2, probably the best location in Santa Maria, with private and windsheltered pool, next to the village beach and right in the center of town. This lovely studio has the perfect setting, only steps away from the pool with a small secluded terrace and a nice garden view. This studio is for up to 3 people. It has all the amenities like free Wifi, Smart TV( no tv channels), aircon, complete kitchen and bathroom.

The apartment is located in the beach front residence Porto Antigo 2 with an amazing view over the Santa Maria Beach. From the balcony you can see the pier which is a great attraction on the island. But you don't just have sea view only - you are right in front of the beach. The residence itself is also very close to the town center with one parallel street between. So you have beach and island life with bars and restaurants well combined.

Our stay at Joao's place was perfect. He was very responsive whenever needed, and in a very friendly way. The place perfectly matches the photos and is very suitable for a week-long stay as we did. I would highly recommend it.

Apt T2 - 150 meters from Praia

I stayed with two friends at Jose's place and we immediately felt at home. He welcomed us very warmly and was very flexible with check-in. That was great as we unfortunately had no experience with Sal or Santa Maria yet. All the more we liked that the apartment is in the middle of downtown and we could walk to the main hotspots such as bars and restaurants in the evening as well as the main beach. Of course, it can go into the night accordingly loudly. In the apartment there was a small safe for the most important valuables and 2 front door keys. Most of the windows had a screen. Towels and bed linen were also provided. Especially as a surfer, the clothesline in the bay window (with lots of windows to ventilate) and dry our stuff was very convenient! My friends and I are looking forward to coming back. Kind regards and have a nice time Alex 🤙🏼

Apartment in Santa Maria

The stay in this house in Sal Island was wonderful! The location could not be better, only 10 minutes walk from the beach and 5 minutes from several supermarkets. The house was very clean, tidy and fully equipped with all the necessary utensils for a comfortable stay. One of the great positives was the fact of standing right in front of a hotel, which made it very easy to carry out the extra activities, since the pick-ups took place literally outside the house. Tiago, the host, was super friendly and always available to help in whatever it took. Check-in was also very simple and fast. I recommend this house to 100% and would undoubtedly stay here again!

Superb ocean view on city square

We had an excellent 2 week stay. The apartment was spotlessly clean, offers fantastic views, and is located in a quiet area but only a short walk from the beach and the main street. Everything we needed was provided for in the apartment. Communication from the hosts was perfect and Carolina was always contactable and immediately responsive during our stay. We would definitely return!

I spend a wonderful week in Linda's &Bo's accommodation and absolutely loved it!! the bed was super comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could need. Waking up to the breathtaking views of the ocean from the balcony each morning was simply magical. The location is perfect just a 10 minutes walk from the city center, ensuring a peaceful atmosphere while still having fantastic dining options close by. I felt at home the whole stay and I would love to return!
