J3, a 5 bedroom 5 bathroom villa with a large swimming pool, garden view, and located at the walking street in the center of Pattaya. I'm sure you'll fall in love with it at first sight. There are coconut trees and birds in the yard. The whole yard is surrounded by beautiful frangipani. The breeze blows, the frangipani sways in the wind, and the water in the pool is crystal clear, as if you are in a paradise~ Here you can bring your family on vacation; drink and be merry, very cozy and enjoyable The entire villa is super spacious, beautiful and comfortable, covering an area of 600 square meters. The villa has 2 very spacious living rooms on the first and second floors respectively. The villa has 5 spacious bedrooms, each bedroom has a 2m wide large bed, very comfortable, and each bedroom has its own bathroom and shower room, 3 of which have bathtubs, and the other 2 bedrooms also have their own shower rooms, providing you with privacy and convenience! The villa also has a pool table, BBQ, and other entertainment facilities for you and your family or friends to have a very pleasant and cozy time. The villa also has a mahjong machine, you can play mahjong, so you will never be bored during your vacation at the villa, there is everything for entertainment The biggest advantage of the villa is its great location, just near the Central Walking Street of Pattaya, only about 2 km from the beaches of Pattaya Wind Moon Walking Street, allowing you to easily enjoy the beautiful beaches and bustling walking streets. Also, there is a 7-Eleven supermarket near the villa, just 200 meters away, for your daily needs.

The house that is very well equipped is in a smaller area with 11 houses around a pool. Adjacent to the area, there is a reception in which to pick up keys. The rent does not include electricity consumption, it is measured by arrival and used electricity is paid for when moving out. The electricity costs f n 7,0 Baht/kw. Bed linens and towels are available to rent for 220 Baht/week. Let us know when booking if you want to order this and it will be on site in the house upon arrival. The house is smoke and pet-free.

It was a great place to stay in here in Rayong. The owner was really kind and even gave us 24 pcs of water for free. The place is also accessible. There are nearby shops. Walk in distance to the supermarket just about 400meters. It was a great experience!

The villa is beautiful, it is new (about 2 years old), fully equipped (for ex. champagne glasses are also available, a special wine opener too, etc). Clean. The pool is clean, nice, big ( it is shared with 4 other villas, but it is almost always empty) . To the sea is 7 minutes walk , very quiet area. Nicklas is an excellent host, nice and always willing to help. Really nice stay.
