If you're looking for a place which isn't too far from the beach, town and is very close to great places to eat or a mart, this is the place for you. Oh and let's not forget about the pool and gym. This place has everything. Loved it. Definitely coming back

First of all, this is an excellent apartment located in a convenient area allowing me to reach crucial spots in Dar Es Salaam. What made my stay even better was Rashmah, the building manager who was not just very helpful, giving clear instructions and being attentive, she also gave a very warm reception upon my arrival. The apartment is modern, clean, has all the necessary amenities and most of all, incredibly comfortable. I felt right at home. I cannot fault any part of my stay with Unreal Homes. Perfect! 10/10. My only request is that Vicky and Unreal Homes give Rashmah a salary increase immediately. She’s a true hostess. Perfect in every way.

I enjoyed staying at Nana's, the location is close to restaurants and supermarkets, peaceful surroundings. The bed was super comfortable and also the pillows. The fans help with cool breezeif somehow hot. House was clean, organized, nicely decorated and it made me feel like at home 🏡 Shower water had good pressure and hot. The wifi connection was fast and stable, very good in case of work or watching movies in the big TV. I would recommend Nana's home and will book again when in Arusha. Ahsante sana!

Hamid was great- he let us have a late checkout and there was a problem with the tv which he replaced within an hour. Recommended local places to eat and go out

Beautiful home in a beautiful area! Staff was all very friendly and easy to communicate with. Very much appreciated the security guard on the beach in front of the house to make our experience more peaceful as well!

Such a beautiful place in Stone Town! The home was spotless and had everything we needed. Walkable distance to the main attractions also and lots of restraunts and corner shops nearby. Najma is the best host and was always happy to help in any way she could. She helped arrange our transport throughout our stay and was kind enough to be very flexible with the check out process. An absolute must book if you’re staying in Stone Town! We hope we can return someday 😊

The place was absolutely stunning. When we arrived, the washing machine was not running properly, so the house manager Mtui stayed up for at least 3 hours late in the night to hand wash our clothes and hang dry them. Mtui was amazing and always available to help with anything. Cedric and Sarah were incredibly responsive messaging us and helped make our stay wonderful and accommodate all of our needs. The bedrooms were incredibly spacious, as was the whole house. Overall, the place is absolutely stunning and the staff will go above and beyond to make your stay amazing, and I couldn't recommend it enough.

Hellen's home was awesome! Beautiful, spacious and clean. The garden is well kept with comfy chairs for relaxing outside if you wish to. We had a warm welcome and settled in quickly. Having a strong wifi and smart TV was a big plus. I would definitely book Hellen's place again. And there was Guccie, a lovely dog!

Adnan and Peggy's home felt like home, the property is modern and well maintained, Mama Daines is really kind and helpful. The only minus point of the place is that it is far away from the city center and all the activities as well as sightseeing places. Due to the traffic we spend most of the time in the car waiting. To avoid that it would be great if there was a car or driver provided who could take us to the city centre. But also if there's a board with the House's names to find it easily. All in all an amazing property and great hosts.

I am very thankful for the time I could spend at the embassy appartment. It was a very nice environment, the land lady was very helpful in everything and I am just looking forward to my next stay with the embassy appartment. The location is also nice and developping around, you can have nice local food next to you. The appartment was nice, it had also solar, what made it easy to work remote & the wireless was also enough strong. All in All very very happy and a little bit sad to leave. See you next time! Our stay at Travie’s house will definitely not be the last! The house is super cozy, even more than the photos show and felt like a peaceful escape right in the heart of Dar. It’s also in a great area, walking distance to nearby shops to grab food and felt very safe. Would definitely love to stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at this flat! It truly has everything you need, from a TV to a well-equipped kitchen. The space is cozy, comfortable, and very clean. The location is fantastic, with a supermarket conveniently right in front of the flat. It’s also very quiet, which made for a relaxing experience. A small note: only one bedroom has air conditioning, while the other has a ceiling fan. Thank you for hosting us! We’ll definitely be coming back.
