Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Tanzania

Isaya is a great host. He helped us a lot in sorting out with local environment. On the last day of stay he drove us to airport at midnight and returned about 3 AM while it is quite tricky to drive on Zanzibar at night. Regarding the property - Zanzibar has big issues with electricity, but we always had air conditioneers working which is very important during hot season. Rooms were clear. Laundry machine worked well. Kitchen had everything required.

The place is as described as seen in the pictures provided...very peaceful environment and the host is a very accommodating person always there to help you with whatever you need..I would recommend anyone to this person anytime of any day..I would give it 9/10.....

We loved staying at Gimstone's place. It's located in one of the safest neighborhoods in Dar es Salaam. We felt right at home right away. The building has great amenities, and it's a great community for children. It's also close to schools, beaches, malls, hospitals, and all things you need for a comfortable long term stay. We stayed for several months and loved our stay. Any issue we encountered was resolved once we brought it up. Will be staying here again when in Dar es Salaam.

Das Haus liegt etwas ausserhalb der Stadt. Mit den Bodaboda oder den Dajadaja ist die Stadt in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Kleinere Shops gibt es in der Nähe ebenso ein ansprechendes Restaurant. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder. Optimal für 4 Personen. Es ist ein sehr sicherer Ort, da in der Nacht ein Security zum Rechten schaut. Das Haus ist für einen mittleren oder längeren Aufhalt geeignet. Ein grosses Dankeschön an Eddie, dem Besitzer des Hauses und an Nisha, welcher sich immer um unsere Anliegen gekümmert hat. Trotz grosser Bemühungen, war leider kein Internet verfügbar. Ich kann diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Ich werde meinen nächsten Aufenthalt in Iringa wieder in diesem Haus buchen. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt!

It was a lovely experience staying here. The place was tranquil and quiet. Although I wasn’t well, it was really wholesome to see that there were fresh fruits left for us to have. The house was pristine and located in a truly quiet and magnificent woodland area. Worth it for sure. We also planted a strawberry and papaya tree and that was a memorable experience. :) highly recommended.

Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt. Wema ist eine sehr warmherzige Gastgeberin und hat alles getan, damit es uns gut geht. Wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, ordentlich und auch sehr ruhig. Ich würde jederzeit wieder ihre Unterkunft buchen. Wema, danke schön für die schöne Zeit!!!

Ma femme et moi avons passé un séjour merveilleux et hors du temps :une semaine à Elite Garden. La piscine, le logement immense, mais le seul problème pour un long séjour c'est qu'il n'y a pas de dressing ni d'armoire pour ranger nos vêtements. Le ménage et le changement des draps sont réalisés tous les jours. Nous étions chouchouter par l'équipe de l'hôtel . Le restaurant propose des spécialités locales très réussies. Le petit déjeuner est copieux avec des petites originalités tous les jours. Il est compris dans le prix. Bref, un très agréable séjour !

We had an amazing stay. If you are traveling in a big group this Villa is perfect. It’s incredibly spacious and you feel at home as soon as you arrive. The staff is amazing and was always there to help us out. The rooms were clean and had everything you need. The kitchen is a big open space where you can cook together and have a great time. This is a very charming place to enjoy your vacation.

Great location, nice pool ,the place looks even more beautiful than the pictures and very safe . The host Simone were very nice and very helpful. Found a great driver for me and my friends.the cook and staff were very nice and lovely.loved the place will definitely come back.of course more than 5 stars

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. It was cozy, beautiful and had everything we needed. The environment is very quiet and promotes relaxation. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. We even had an emergency late at night and one of the staff gladly took us to the nearest medical center. 10/10 would recommend

Wir hatten am Anfang etwas Schwierigkeiten die Unterkunft zu finden, aber die Kommunikation mit Malcom war stets gut, sodass er sehr schnell jemanden geschickt hat um uns zu empfangen. Malcom war immer einfach zu erreichen und wünsche oder fragen wurden schnell seinerseits bearbeitet. Wir haben auch eine Safari und einen Mietwagen über ihn gebucht was alles Problemlos verlief und ich wirklich weiterempfehlen kann. Auch neben der Unterkunft wurden wir unseren Gesamtenaufenthalt bestens von Malcom und seinen Mitarbeitern betreut, so dass es uns an nichts gemangelt hat. Man hat das Gefühl vermittelt bekommen dass nichts unmöglich ist und er alles dafür tut dass man einen schönen aufenthalt hat. Das angrenzende Restaurant "The Cliff grill" hat uns zudem mit den leckersten Speisen bis auf die Terasse beliefert was wirklich toll war. Ich kann Malcom als Gastgeber wirklich empfehlen! Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Serene, unique, private and beatiful villas (five within the property) about the national park/mount Meru, with a pool, jacuzzi/bathtub, rental quad bikes. Good on experience, ambience, matched value. There's a bit of a rough drive from the main road (about 5km) but it's doable in a regular car or bike. The gardens are beautiful. The food is tasty. The service is good. Cleanliness and maintenance is equally good. Ideal as a vacation getaway or as an abode to the different attractions around including Arusha national park, Mount Meru, Cultural Heritage Centre & Art Gallery, Raha (Aya Sophia) Wildlife Resort, Lake Duluti, Ngare Sero Lodge... They have villa options for solos, couples and bigger groups. It was a worthwhile experience. Thanks to Neema and the team for hosting us.
