Newly built, very central, close to everything, the beach is a 5-minute walk away, old town 3 minutes away, two large supermarkets 100-150 meters away, large parking area 150 meters away. Quiet area, no disco or pubs nearby. Fully equipped kitchen Large double canapé bed of 1.50 mt and a sofa bed chaise longue. There are two air conditioning splits for hot and cold, electric blinds, video doorman. It has smart tv and wifi.
