Modern Farmhouse With a Loft, Unbeatable Location

Our home is in an unbeatable location right by the 76 Strip! It is the last house at the end of a cul-de-sac. Feels very private yet right in the heart of Branson. There are two bedrooms, each with one queen bed in them. There is a loft with two twin beds in it. It is the last house on the street, it is private and peaceful. Right in the heart of Branson close to all of the attractions with a secluded feel. We have lived in Branson our whole lives so if you need any planning advice, please ask!

These two cottages are rented as one combined unit, connected by a breezeway with convenient keypad locks. The cottages sit on three acres consisting of a large playing field and walking trail in the woods. Both cottages offer hardwood & tile floors, vaulted ceilings, and custom cabinets with quartz countertops. Each cottage sleeps up to 6 people. The cottages each have a Smart TV with WiFi. Located just 1.5 miles from a grocery store, pizza place, pharmacy, Dollar General and Ace Hardware.

Cozy Cottage is just 10 minutes from Branson's famous strip, Silver Dollar City, The Branson Landing, shopping and restaurants. Cozy Cottage is one of FIVE units at Sunset Hills Cottages. We even have inflatable kayaks you can rent and take to Bull Shoals just 10 minutes from here! Shooting range is also available upon request.
