We really enjoyed our stay at Leonor's place. We felt like we were at grandma's. The house was quite cold in December, but we could heat in the stove and warm blankets were provided for the night. The place is very quiet, yet also suitable for people who don't have a car and like to walk. The castle of Almourol and the picturesque small town of Constântia can be reached on foot and Tomar by train. Please note that the train runs only a few times a day.

It was an incredible stay that exceeded all expectations. The house is incredibly decorated in stone. Cleaning conditions more than impeccable. We loved everything: from the availability of Mr. Luís in welcoming us, the care in showing us all the facilities. The barbecue outside, the pool always clean and even the pool bathroom with the possibility of taking a hot water bath, show how everything was thought out in detail in this accommodation. On the first day, Mr. Luís made the house available to us hours before, allowing us to enjoy the pool right away and on the last day also allowed us to stay in the pool as long as we wanted, even after we had already handed over the key to the accommodation. Clearly, the bathroom with a shower area with hot water was very useful. If you are looking for a quiet, beautiful, clean place, where everything has been thought out in detail and the hospitality of those who welcome you is excellent, this is the ideal place. Thank you Mr. Luís.

Rosaria is an adorable, recently renovated place in the montains near Leiria, surrounded by the nature, very peaceful and beautiful. The property is pet-friendly and exactly as described. Steve and Sarah are amazing hosts, and they made us feel very welcome. We couldn’t be happier for choosing their place to spend a few days in the countryside. I recommend this place to anyone looking to escape the city.

The studio was simply but appropriately furnished in style. It has everything you need. The laundry rack was also quickly brought when I asked. We liked the property with the pool, the garden, the barbecue area very much and it gave us beautiful hours. The exchange with the host was very kind.

Phantastic house with a beautiful huge garden, lake view and direct access to the lake. The house is a traditional stone house but the interior is very tasteful and modern. The house itself is great but the outside is even better. A large garden with different areas and absolutely beautiful trees and plants. You can see and feel that João and his family have put a lot of love into the house and the garden and thought of every detail. Bi Strong recommendation if you want to stay in a lovely house that is spacious but also very private. João is a very attentive host and very friendly. We were greeted with a warm smile, self made Olive oil and freshly picked lemons from the garden. If possible I would rate with more than 5 stars. 🙂🤩
