Antonello and Lucia are the most gracious and welcoming hosts! This home is impeccable across the board, everything you need to make a wonderful meal, cozy furnishings inside and out, and a spectacular view! I will never forget floating in the pool with the view of the horizon and the ocean meeting, we will certainly visit again, thank you for everything!

Great little welcoming house. We spent a week there with family (2 adults -2 children) .. Pleasant rooms.. very nice garden.. Riccardo was very responsive and understanding with the messages.. we will go back!! A little extra to really say something .. a vacuum cleaner would be nice ( or we didn't see it..😜) and a calendar for the garbage cans.. because we didn't immediately understand how it worked. Anyway, well-deserved 5 stars!!

A step into the Blue

From the get-go Marco was very responsive and helpful. He even gave us some beach restaurant recommendations. We had an easy check-in, to park on the road right outside for free is super convenient. The flat was clean and organised, nice sized bathroom. The patio is really lovely. Not a road with a lot of cars driving down so it was very peaceful for having a morning coffee. The view of the sea is great! The place itself was perfect for a week's stay. 10 minute walk to the nearest beach which is beautiful and calm water pretty much all day (although please note there is a hill to walk up back to the house that would be a problem if you're not an active person😂). About a half an hour walk all the way down the beach there is the port with a couple of nice bars to have a drink, also some great food options around there. With a car you have easy access to some big supermarkets, and can reach many amazing beaches within a 45 minute drive. Good value for money - would recommend!

The apartment is tastefully decorated, offers a wonderful view over the bay, was very clean and quiet. We were already happy with the air conditioning at the end of May, as it was humid and warm. With the bicycles you can quickly reach Villasinius, the Spiaggia giunta, on Cap Carbonara. The nearest beach can be reached quickly on foot. We ate well and abundantly at the Villa Beach restaurant, which is nearby.

My family and I enjoyed the stay at Casa Regina a lot! Central location, privacy, a little veranda with a BBQ, perfectly clean, top equipped and a lot of space; everything was just perfect. To top it, even Sardinian sweets and sparkling wine was provided at check in. Thanks to Lucia for her support and kindness. No doubt, would stay again anytime!

The villa has met our expectations, there is everything you need to spend your holidays comfortably. Diana and Omar are great hosts and they answered all our questions and requests in an accurate and kind way. The location of the villa is good, a two-minute walk away you can reach a mini market and the beautiful campus beach is less than a 10-minute walk away. We recommend the bungalow ideal for your vacation in Villasimius.
