Good Place to stay and walkable to the airport. I will definitely come back here again. Its my 4th times on this home.

Amazing penthouse, stunning view of the city, good AC.

Stayed there in the month of June of 2025 The place is very safe. Security is always around . I stayed at the studio apartment for 10 days and loved every day there. There's a key fob for the elevator and a key for your room. Also security cameras are in the hall way and the pool is nice. The AC system is awesome you'll definetly stay cool inside. The place is close to plenty of places to get food fast and also it's close to tourist spots Im actually considering going back again in a few months. I rate the place a 5 star place I have not one complaint about this place. Also taxi cab drivers get to this area fast. If your coming from America etc remember to download the Grab app to order a driver etc by app. You'll save alot of money on cab fare. It's used by millions here. Also check out the resturant connected to the building . The food and tea is great there 👍. This area is safe for taking walks . Owners allowed me to get an early check in also Robert R. Anh's place was a really refreshing place to stay at. After staying in multiple Airbnb which are usually apartment complexes or low-rise condos, it was nice to have a more local and private space to stay at. As described, you'll have the whole floor to yourself and access is via elevator. All the rooms have nice views of the sports complex so no large buildings to block your view nearby. The maid that comes by 3 times a week really helped to keep the place clean and take away the garbage. Overall, it was a great stay and no issues with anything.

The apartment worth its money but you need to take relatively lengthy trips to any main attraction or for a decent meal. The street the hotel sits on is quite busy but it is very quite from 10pm to 6am.

Simmi apartment was clean, tidy, and looked exactly like the photos on their listing. Services like house keeping and laundry were provided by an exceptional lady. The area is located in D7 of HCM city so it’s a pretty safe place and was walkable to a lot of cafes and restaurants. You won’t get as much local street food here, but there are vendors on the road where you can find cheaper food. The prices are high for the area, but if you know where to look, you can also find cheap local cuisine. We also rented a motorbike from a place nearby. Check in and out was an easy process. I would say the only thing is that sometimes you can hear the people upstairs or people walking up, but other than that it’s pretty quiet and everyone is considerate of others. The place we rented was located inside a hair salon, so it took some time to find at first. We stayed for a whole month and we highly recommend this place.

Great little room above a coffee shop. 15 minute taxi journey away from downtown town and 10 min walk to the crazy “Walking Street”. Recommend.

A fantastic apartment in a great location. The apartment is exactly as described and shown in the photos. Spacious and comfortable, it has everything you need. Its location is superb with everything on your doorstep. Japan town is around the corner and the main sights are a walk away. I highly recommend this apartment and we would stay here again if we are ever in HCM in the future. Anh was incredibly helpful, she gave us some great recommendations and arranged transport for us from the airport and to the next place we were staying.

High quality life in a hectic city. This time staying in a direction facing the community, you can see the community, the community pool, the river in the distance, and it looks very comfortable ~

This was my third stay at The Manor and the best flat so far. It's on the third floor, so you don't have any real views, but it's cosy and quiet. We really enjoyed staying there.

Great place right at the centre of district 1. Closer to most places. Vagabound is a nice cafe which is few steps away from the place. Very friendly host, always reaponsive and always available to help out. Our flight got delayed so we came back to the place and the host gave us a room for few hours before we were ready to go back to the airport. Thank you for your hospitality and all the help. Greatly appreciate it!

Had the best time staying with Susan! The apartment ist located in a very good and safe area and it's easy to get to any part of town, even by foot. The room is bright and clean, everything worked perfectly well! I very much look forward to coming back to Saigon and staying here again. (My personal highlight was the mattress, which was so comfortable!)

Loved this place! The building has everything you need—multiple coffee shops, Citigym, ATMs, and several convenience stores—all close to District 1 without the intense bustle. Tons of great restaurants nearby too. The host was incredibly responsive and very helpful with recommendations for restaurants, bars, and arranging airport transportation. The only suggestion I’d make is to perhaps add a few more kitchen items, like a coffee maker, blender, and some extra utensils. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone who wants easy access to the best spots in Saigon. You can comfortably walk everywhere—just be mindful of the scooters, as they can be intense!

Nice home and plenty of amenities in the room

I stayed at LIM Concepts in Saigon, Vietnam, for the last 5 months, and it was wonderful. The studio is clean, cozy, and feels like home. The location is beautiful, in a quiet neighborhood with plenty to do. A highlight is the great restaurant connected to the complex. The staff are friendly and always willing to help. Very nice apartment in a Vietnamese neighborhood within walking distance of Landmark 81 and Pham Viet Chan street. Lots of local food. The owner was amazing and his son too

Thanh was a very kind and welcoming host. Her nice, warm energy made my stay super comfortable and made the place feel like home. She was also very responsive, always quick to reply and helpful whenever I had a question. The room was very quiet and just as clean as it looks in the photos. The location couldn’t be more convenient. It’s close to D2 and D3, easy to walk or get a grab. There’s a 7/11 around the corner, a fruit shop across the street, and plenty of coffee shops nearby. Everything is within close reach. I highly recommend staying here and would love to come back in the future.
