Our first stop in Vietnam. Ho Chi Minh is huge and a bit crazy. However Hong's hospitality was so welcoming she made us feel at home right away. The accommodation is off a pretty quiet street with plenty of shops/restaraunts and bars. Hong gave us 15 min tour of her neighbourhood - telling us about the best places to eat, where the banks are and where the super market was. We booked 3 nights originally but ended up staying 5 as we felt so comfortable there. We did pur washing free of charge! Hong will clean the shared bathroom every day. AC is top tier. Couldn't reccomend it enough!

Our stay was cozy! The home was comfortable and felt just like our own. Located on a peaceful street, it was surprisingly central and convenient. Highly recommend for anyone looking for tranquility close to city center. Will certainly return.

Koi was a wonderful and considerate host, especially accommodating our late checkout due to a delayed flight. The place itself was cozy, clean, and very comfortable. I would definitely book it again when we return to Vietnam.

Trung has created such a tasteful and cozy space! While the area can get a bit loud during the day, it's to be expected given its central location, and Trung thoughtfully provided earplugs for us. He was incredibly attentive to our needs and even allowed us a late checkout when we were running behind on our departure day.

Nice place to stay Lovely and lively room

We stayed in this Airbnb for almost a week and had a great stay. The location is very central and you can reach everything from there. The balcony on the 5th floor was also a highlight!

I'll stay was very relaxing and the place was very clean and easy to access. The area is very good and there's lots of things to do in walkable distance. The balcony that we had was a very nice touch as well and beautiful to sit outside. Anh sent very clear instructions and check in and check out was very easy. Would recommend this place!

We had a great stay at Oanh‘s place. The host was very responsive and allowed for flexible check-in. There is a supermarket just across the street which is very convenient. Would definitely stay there again :)

Hi so we had booked for 6 nights and our stay was wonderful. clean house and absolutely clean bathrooms. Alma and Dylan were so helpful. The surrounding is nice and peaceful and what a view from the balconies. I would highly recommend to everyone who is looking for a nice place to stay.

A tasteful and comfortable stay overall. The apartment was serene and well-equipped. However, the absence of Netflix on the TV and limited communication with the host were slight drawbacks.

Only stay there for few nights but I have kinda good experience. Really strict on security, you can’t go in or out the building without the tap key. Which sometimes inconvenience but at least make you feel safe around. Really clean room, support AC, TV, interior of the house is free to use, which make us feel we stay in ours own house. Quiet neighborhood, no distract.

The hosts were all very communicative and responsive. Their customer support was very fast and helpful. The place was extremely clean and nice. Showers were hot and clean. The views from the bedrooms were very beautiful. Washing machine included. AC in every room. Security was nice and it was a safe place to be. No loud noises ever and everyones nice. Great place overall!

A comfortable room and beautifully designed home that was very easy to self check-in during our night layover in Saigon😊🌿 Even just the entrance is lovely as you are stepping into a hidden, tranquil garden kind of space. I believe we met the owner of the house and cafe when checking out, who kindly offered us a seat and fan and helped us with our Grab car before seeing us off. Thank you, Aqua House🤗

The apartment is superbly located, the city center is quickly accessible by bus, Grab or on foot. Many nice restaurants and cafes, supermarket pharmacy and everything you need nearby. We were here for a month and very satisfied. Apartment is on a very small quiet street, so you could sleep well. Washing machine and cleaning service available. We were here for a month and felt very comfortable.

Overall, they stay at Mai’s place was nice. Beautiful scenery, river panorama view. Best at sunrise. The arrangement inside the condo is well-suited. For amenities, guests might need to self-prepare shampoo and shower gel. There are plants decoration in-house and at the balcony, so there might be bugs here and there. Bugs and roaches prevention might need to be done more thoroughly. Be careful when opening the balcony because there might be paederus, a kind of insect that is always available in raining season in Vietnam. All in all, the experience at Mai’s place is worth a try.

Overall, we had a happy stay. The apartment was clean and well-presented, with plenty of shops and dining options right below. The only concern was the steep and narrow staircase leading to the apartment—something to keep in mind if you're carrying large suitcases. In that case, it may be better to book the identical apartment located downstairs. We stayed in the upper unit, but overall, the experience was very positive and we’d be happy to return next time :)

The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures – clean, stylish, and very comfortable. The host was incredibly kind and professional, always quick to respond and helpful throughout our stay. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

I genuinely was in awe when I entered the room, because every details, furnitures, decor, sofa, bed, all are put there with a purpose so it felt like I stepped into a beautiful curated for living. Everything is clean and neat. The host is absolutely amazing; he checked on me everyday if I needed anything and also gave really good recommendations. The furniture is all vintage, and has all appliances you would ever need, including Vietnamese coffee and tea sets, that I enjoyed every morning. With the lamps and vintage decor, it is such a cozy ambient. There was also a Marshall speaker which I loved 😍, and also a Smart TV you can use. Overall, the place was a major part of my trip as I indeed enjoyed my time there and everything around it (as it is in the center of HCMC). I would definitely book again. Bonus: when I was there, there was a cute little poodle greeting me everyday at the entrance 😄
