Chuyen is the type of host that goes above and beyond! So welcoming and accommodating! Place gave us enough space to not feel clustered like one would in a typical hotel room. Unique layout for 1 bedroom, definitely in a good way. Lots of options nearby, spas- food - coffee.

one of the prettiest airbnbs i have stayed in. the unit was very clean, new and thoughtfully decorated and had all the amenities you need. located slightly out of the way but has a very quaint and lovely cafe called Cafe Oshima nearby! would love to stay here again! unit is super high tech and has a lift to bring u to your unit. worth every dollar spent!

Giang was an amazing host for our stay. From the arrival they were waiting and helped us carrying the luggage, nicely guided us into the room and he did the same for the check out. The location was perfect since it was very close to the center of Q1 but still in a quiet and charming local neighborhood. It is a very local vietnamese style apartment so of course not everything is perfect or luxurious, but since giang was always responsible to help it nothing really bothered us as much. We were there for 1 month and I'd say it's recommended if you're looking to experience a local life in a cozy temporary home during your visit to saigon.

Loved my stay at Landmark 81 HCM! The apartment was clean, modern, and had amazing views of Ho Chi Minh City. Great location with easy access to attractions and dining. The host was very responsive. Highly recommend!

Sehr saubere und gepflegte Wohnung in zentraler Lage. Im Gebäude gibt es tolle Cafés, und die Kommunikation war stets schnell und freundlich. Kleine Hinweise: Zwei der vier Lampen funktionierten leider nicht, und das Sofa könnte eine Reinigung vertragen. Auch schade: Obwohl Hilfe beim Koffertragen zugesagt war (das Gebäude hat keinen Aufzug. Wohnung ist im 3. Geschoss) und ich meine Ankunft abgestimmt hatte, war letztlich niemand da.

Great place to stay in District 3, close to all of the attractions in District1, although you need to ride in a Grab to get into most of the sites in District 1 unless you’re willing to walk 20-30 minutes each way. The apartment itself is fantastic, very clean and in a great building. Ahn was wonderful to deal with and very responsive. The only downsides being that the water pressure in the showers was not very strong and the ensuite bathroom fan has a squeaking sound. Every night the beer garden across the road played extremely loud music until 10pm, so on the nights when we had early morning pick-ups booked for tours, we had to wear ear plugs to go to sleep. Overall a great stay for one week.

Uyen was a great host and was very responsive and helpful! Uyen went out of her way to help us with all our requests. Great location, ( walking distance to many restaurants etc. Very clean and had all the amenities you need. We will definitely recommend and will stay again!

Really beautiful and stylish apartment, furnished with great taste, though it also feels really cosy and homely. Near all amenities. Would definitely come back!

We booked this as first timers in vietnam & was so happy we came across this place because Linh helped us soo much & the place is better then the photos so clean, you see it smell it and feel it!! if your complementing staying, stay for sure!!! and communicating to linh was amazing thankyou ☺️☺️

I had a really relaxing stay at Tony and Bella’s apartment. The space was clean, well-designed, and had everything I needed. The building itself felt upscale and secure, and the facilities like the pool and gym were a great bonus. The bed was super comfortable and I slept really well throughout the stay. The location was also really convenient. It was quiet and easy to unwind, but just a short Grab ride from District 1 so getting around was no problem. Everything was smooth and hassle-free.

Great location with plenty of restaurants Building is secure no one can get into the elevators without a card key The unit was clean and newer furniture much better than other places I have stayed in Ben Nghe

The hosts were all very communicative and responsive. Their customer support was very fast and helpful. The place was extremely clean and nice. Showers were hot and clean. The views from the bedrooms were very beautiful. Washing machine included. AC in every room. Security was nice and it was a safe place to be. No loud noises ever and everyones nice. Great place overall!

Such a cosy and comfortable stay! The space was clean, well-maintained, and felt like a home away from home. I especially appreciated the convenient laundry service. Communication with the host was seamless, she was friendly, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

a nice and unique experience staying here. very local building with restaurants and cafes around. walk further and there's some fantastic crab meat delicacies restaurant. Do take note that the main gate will be locked at certain timing so do bring along both set of keys when going out. Host is very responsive and helpful. I am sure they will become super host soon!

A wonderful quiet escape from the noise and chaos of Ho Chi Minh City. Great pool on 21st floor with spectacular views. Sophia was very responsive to all my requests and her instructions to a foreigner who only speaks English were impeccable. Thank you. Highly recommended. Hilary

Un moment tout simplement magique ! La décoration était incroyable, romantique à souhait, et chaque détail était pensé avec soin. Nous avons vécu un moment inoubliable en famille dans un cadre somptueux, chaleureux et parfaitement propre. Merci infiniment pour cette expérience unique, pleine d’amour et d’émotions. Tout était prêt à notre arrivée, encore plus beau que sur les photos. Nous repartons avec des souvenirs précieux gravés dans nos cœurs. A comfortable room and beautifully designed home that was very easy to self check-in during our night layover in Saigon😊🌿 Even just the entrance is lovely as you are stepping into a hidden, tranquil garden kind of space. I believe we met the owner of the house and cafe when checking out, who kindly offered us a seat and fan and helped us with our Grab car before seeing us off. Thank you, Aqua House🤗

숙소는 넓고 깨끗했습니다! 다시 호치민에 간다면 이용하고싶습니다!

호치민에서 아름다운 야경과 안전하고 깨끗한 훌륭한 숙소를 찾고계신다면 이곳을 강추합니다. 아직 건물이 많이 들어서지 않았지만, 주변에 7시부터 운영하는 커피,아침식사,저녁에 이용가능한 바등 원하는 곳은 도보로 이동가능하고 모든 유명한 장소,맛집까지 그랩으로 10-15분이면 도착 가능합니다 또한 ,무엇보다 숙소는 사진과 똑같았고, 주변이 조용해서 잠도 푹잘수있고, 아침 조깅하는 분들도 많고 구획이 잘 정리되어 있어서 산책하기도 좋아요~ 세탁기, 스타일러, 인덕션등 모든것이 완벽하고, 레지던스 자체에 커뮤니티도 잘되어있으며, 음식주문도 쉽고 빨랐어요~ 제일 중요한건 호스트와의 소통인데, 제가 너무 급한 마음에 이른 새벽에 소통을 한적도 있는데,쉬는 날임에도 불구하고 빠른 대답과 처리를 해주셔서 너무너무 감사했어요. 이곳이 정말 넘 귀하고 상상이상으로 좋아서 저만 알고 싶은 욕심도 살짝 있지만, 호치민 여행을 계획하는 분들이 있으시다면 이곳을 꼭 방문해 보시길 바라는 마음으로 후기를 작성합니다. 저도 담에 다시 이곳으로 갈꺼에요!

I had a wonderful stay here. The unit was clean, comfortable, and just as described. What truly made the experience special was the host – kind, caring, and always responsive. They went out of their way to ensure I felt at home, and their attention to detail didn’t go unnoticed. I’m grateful for the hospitality and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
