Duc (host) and truc (caretaker) were extremely helpful to assist us in settling in even though Duc was away in a far away country he communicate via video to ensure smooth transition. The place is new (we were the first visitors) and looks very much more impressive than the photos posted. # have a Sauna that was not even mentioned in the posting. All equipment and furnishing are brand new and top of the line. Nice quiet neigbourhood in an uptown estate but a short walk to local eataries and market. A short ride by taxi brought us to a modern shopping mall with great restaurants and shops. Thanks for the great place!

We had a great time at Binhs place! Excellent communication throughout the entire stay was a plus. We wanted softer pillows which we got instantly! The lady downstairs is the sweetest. The room is very spacious and has all you need. Noisy builders next door but nothing they can control. Recommend this place wholeheartedly.

This is the third time I book Ms. Ly house. Although she was not at home because of business reason, she still gave me instructive information when she was away. She wished me luck in my job interview and many other things. I am appreciated that I have known her, I will definitely book her house for other occasion or recommend to other friends!

We stayed at I@Homes for almost 2.5 months. Our stay was very comfortable. We had everything that we needed. We were provided with extra tablet and kitchen utilities. Surii helped us with everything and assisted us whenever needed like washing clothes, grab food, etc. The location is very peaceful and very very near to District 1. It was convenient to move in and out of the building 24x7. The location has many restaurants, coffe shops and grocery stores. It's a perfect place for someone looking for a short term or a long-term accomodation.

I booked this hotel on behalf of my dad. He shared that the place felt like a 4-star hotel. Moana was the perfect host. She went out of her way to welcome him and to ensure everything was nice. He definitely recommends her place.

The Hosts were very friendly and helpful for all of our needs. We loved the cleanliness and pleasant atmosphere of the home. There were plenty of nice amenities that really makes us feel at home like full kitchen with all for our cooking needs, washer and dryer, linens and towels, quiet a/c, daily fresh brewed coffee. We were in a car with my family of 5 and my hotel booking was cancelled without a reason. Tuan Giang came to our rescue and confirm a booking very last minute and was super helpful and responsive. The place is super clean and tidy and close to the airport. We are very grateful for the service provided.

Well, This is the first time my family and I came back to Vietnam after 20 years living in US. So, I don't have any update about Vietnam such as street, vnd money value, safety, food, transportation... I check on Airbnb and book a room in here with 3 nice bed and 3 clean bathroom for family. I would say to recommend to everybody travel to Vietnam with family can check and book the room in here with reasonable price in good location. We can find a lot of street food around in here with very cheap price. My family and I will leaving for now due to travel to another places but I will consider to re-book again when I came back. Since we had early flight out of HCMC, we needed a place to stay close to the airport. This place is great, it's very close to the airport (10-15 mins depending on traffic and driver availability) and we had everything we needed. Sure, it's small but still comfortable and in the middle of the city by the airport.

Das Apartment ist sehr praktisch gelegen; man kann fußläufig einige Sehenswürdigkeiten im District 1 erreichen und hat trotz Nähe zur Beer-Street einen ruhigen Rückzugsort mitten in der Stadt. Anh und Lynh sind zwei fantastische Gastgeber, sie haben uns viele Tipps zur Umgebung gegeben und waren sehr bemüht unseren Aufenthalt so schön wie möglich zu gestalten.

It's truly fantastic for a group to stay together under one roof, especially with the added convenience with the elevator. While the elevator needs a little getting used to, it's generally a huge plus. The host was incredibly helpful and provided detailed instructions, making for a smooth and enjoyable stay! Great townhouse and brand new when we checked in. Rooms and bathrooms were in immaculate conditions. Despite being at the end of the lane, the building is easily found. However, it’s next to a swimming pool (over the high wall) so you’ll hear the occasion sound of crowd and whistle. It only affects the main master bedroom which fronts onto the front lane. Hosts were super responsive and all the instructions were super clear. Will stay again.

Generally it’s a good experience staying at Van’s place. Very convenient location, there are enough amenities for my trip period and the room is spacious. Van was friendly and prompt to answer my questions. Just a little bit surprised that there’s no elevator to my room (as it’s also on top and required me to climb many stairs so I took it as a chance to exercise) but I guess it just how Vietnamese architecture culture is and totally fine for me after the first day.

My family and I had a great stay. It was very comfortable and felt like home. Host was responsive and attentive. Home was beautiful and clean. Beds were comfortable. We had a great time. Thank you for hosting us.
