Calme Home is a great place to stay- D3 is close enough to the action without the chaos of D1. Next to the river on Lu Van Sy street, the home alley is easy to find. Save the provided address in the Grab app for easy returns. Thanh is an excellent host, always ready to respond with helpful tips, awesome food and local recommendations. She went above and beyond, quickly solving a small hiccup upon check-in and making sure we were comfortable throughout the entire stay. Thanh knows the space like the back of her hand, answering any and all inquiries with expedient accuracy. She’s a big reason why we had such a great experience in this home with modern amenities.

Vincent’s 4 level home was nice. Convenient location and close to family. Private gate access away from general public in the alley. 1 or 2 blocks away has good coffee shop called Xoai Coffee and sandwich/pho stand. Easy access for Grab taxi anytime.

I spent a lot of time searching for a place to stay in Go Vap, and I’m so glad I chose Vania House! The space was just what I needed—clean, private, and secure. I stayed for about a 1.5-months while taking a course at AVSE (15-min. Grab ride), and honestly, I couldn’t have picked a better home. The staff and hosts were always quick to respond when I needed anything (which wasn’t often), and it was comforting to come home to such kind, familiar faces after long days in class. Trang, one of the hosts, was super friendly whenever I ran into her around the building, which made the stay even better. The location is also a huge plus—tons of local food options nearby and very walkable. My favorite eateries during my stay was Com Ga Gion Gion and Mi Vit Tiem A-Con located towards the main road. Vania House felt like a true LOCAL Vietnamese experience. Highly recommend!

Home is very worthy to stay during your visits to Saigon. Mr. Austin and Vanessa make our guests feel exactly as you described , comfortable and comfortable as at home. You support me in detail, quick response from the day of pain to home with a helpful Saigon guide. The room is clean, fragrant, the functional rooms use very well. In general, there's nothing to criticize. Highly recommend people visit this place.

The location is close to the airport, a little far from the attractions, but it can be accessed by taxi.The interior is comfortable and has a washer and dryer for your convenience.

I loved this stay. The house was very clean, and the host provided free drinking water, instant coffee, tea, toiletries, and even a washing machine. I especially loved the porch area with a clothesline to dry laundry, making it super convenient to hang clothes after washing them. The weather in Vietnam can be hot, but luckily the house had air conditioning both upstairs and downstairs, so it was very comfortable. There was also hot water for showers, but be sure to ask the host how to turn it on. The cohost was fantastic—she replied almost immediately to any questions I had, and communication was smooth since she speaks Vietnamese, Cantonese, and English. The location is great—there’s a local market nearby, and a 10- to 20-minute drive will take you to Lotte Mart and Vạn Hạnh Mall. I mainly used Grab for transportation. Quick tip: if the driver can’t find the address, give them the alley number and street name instead of the house number.

I was quite surprised to see that the house was very beautiful, the house was more beautiful than in the pictures, clean and always fragrant, there was a laundry room and a place to dry clothes right in the room, there was a hair dryer, iron, movie projector, the host very friendly and responded quickly.

Huy is a very nice host. He offered me a free Airport pickup. The place was even more welcoming compared to the provided pictures. It felt just like home while I was staying there. The amenities were a huge plus in my opinion. Pretty much staying is a bargain for the price I’ve paid. I highly recommend this place for a big group of people or a huge family.

Mai Anh was very responsive and helpful! The apartment is big and spacious. It had all we need, a full kitchen setup and a washing machinre. It was a quick stay but we had a very comfortable stay. Thanks again!

Huong is such an amazing host - super responsive and attentive, helped me with random issues I ran into, checked in on me after the myanmar earthquake 😳 the place is very spacious and it's a lovely neighborhood, highly recommend!!

The place is like the pictures, just some normal wears. Everything was as described. Mi was great at responding when I had questions and she’s also very accommodating. The location was nice and I enjoyed the view.

Communication with Yolande was good from the time we booked the apartment to the time we checked out. Yolande was very quick to respond to our messages and I felt sure if we had had any queries she would have been very helpful as she was keen to ensure we enjoyed our visit.

We waited a bit for Thang before checking in, then everything went smoothly, he gave us the electronic keys, was always in touch, answered typical tourist questions and didn't bother us at all. He is a very friendly landlord. The apartment itself is a little more "shabby" than in the photos, nevertheless it was cozy and comfortable to live there. The apartment was equipped with all the necessary towels and a free swimming pool where it is pleasant to spend time on. The apartment was quiet, however keep in mind that this is a very noisy area of Ho Chi Minh City, the balcony /pool is very noisy! Our overall experience is positive! Approximately 4.7-4.8/5. It's still not cheap, but it's well located and matched the price. Like!
