Great access to the city center, university, and Nokia Arena about 10 mins on foot. Ideal for 4-5 people with their own sleeping area, but the house can accommodate up to 10 people. This is a home for those who love the vibe of an old house. If you think this is a hotel in an old house envelope, I recommend choosing a hotel.

Thanks, the ❤️ stay was nice, cozy, and clean. It was easy to know the space, and the cars fit well in the yard. We found everything we needed. We were at an event in the Arena and the location was perfect for it. Likewise, the big shopping center was almost next door if you needed anything. Despite everything around, a peaceful and quiet place to sleep. Really worth the price.

Inka’s place was super clean and furnished with quality furniture, so I felt at home right after entering. Inka was always responsive and proactively offered me support. I stayed for almost a month, but since the place was so good, I didn’t want to leave. I’m sure anyone would be happy staying here.

Really nice apartment, peaceful location within walking distance of the city center and beautiful view from the large terrace. The kitchen had everything you needed for cooking and swimming, and you could go swimming directly in front of the house.
