Great house to spend quality time with family or friends , big and spacious , we enjoyed the pool table pin pong table, the spacious backyard, the pool , we even caught some fish from the dock . Definitely a great house to rent . Matt was a great host and very communicative. I would recommend this place with a 5⭐️review

This Airbnb was amazing! The house was clean and well organized. Ruta thought of everything from kitchen utensils and cookware to recreational games and equipment. There were plenty of chilled waters available to us in the refrigerator as well as extras in the garage refrigerator. The rooms are very spacious. The beds are extremely comfortable and complimented by multiple choices of pillows and blankets. The pool area is very nice with clean refreshing water and an intimate setting. There is plenty of living space to spread out as well as a game room with a pro-sized pool table. There is a variety of card games and even a poker set. Additionally a pack and play is provided by the host. I would definitely book this home again and will refer it to friends and family. Ruta really thought of everything.! 🤗🎊🥳🙌🏽

The family had a great time! We had plenty of room and lots to do! The place was located in a convenient location near lots of places that we were interested in! Danielle was quick to respond!

The house was perfect for my wife, my dad, my good friend, and myself for the Metallica weekend. I have season tickets for the Bucs, but typically make the 2hr drive back home. Now we have a place to go back to for an extended trip. The pool is great! The house was clean and as advertised. If you are heading to either Raymond James Stadium or Steinbrenner Field, it's about a 15 minute drive depending on traffic. We will definitely be back.

Our stay was wonderful! We needed ample space for a bachelorette vacay, and Franddy did not disappoint. Ample space, great amenities, super responsive and flexible. If you need a chill spot that’s not too far from attractions in Tampa, definitely recommend 100%

A private paradise! This was the best part of our family vacation. The house was immaculate and organized. The outside area was amazing. I loved enjoying morning coffee in the hot tub everyday and listening to all the birds. I will be back.

This place was beautiful inside and out! Super clean! Kitchen was very well stocked. Bathrooms were all clean and stocked with enough toiletries for our stay! We had more than enough room for our guests! Pool was clean upon arrival and spa worked perfectly! Oh and the beds were really comfortable! We enjoyed our stay and will return! Hosts were very responsive even during late hours when we had questions and concerns! Look forward to booking in the near future.

Excellent stay. For us the location was perfect. The place is nice and clean. The host is very friendly and helpful.

Great place, pool was very nice. Rooms were nice. We stayed with our young kids and there weren’t plastic plates/ cups, but they were careful with the glassware. Fridge was very updated and nice as well as tvs in all the rooms and living room. Great lounging couch. Overall we would stay again.

This is a beautiful little place with so many thoughtful surprises like Nespresso coffee pods, fun indoor and outdoor toys, super a/v options and many smart home features. We loved our stay and will definitely return!

A cozy stay while we explored Tampa for a few days. The place was central and close to downtown Tampa. A clean and quiet space to come back to after a long day of exploring Tampa.

We enjoyed our 6 night stay at the cottage... Kathie is a great host! Everything was exactly as described. Clean and very private, nice amenities. They definitely thought of everything to make sure you have what you need! Would definitely stay again!

the house was beautiful with lots of amenities. it was super close to everything we wanted to visit in Tampa. there was a nice Chicken theme in the dogs had a great time as well!! I would definitely recommend

Nice location if you have something going on at the Stadium or other downtown events. Lots of room and beautiful pool and outdoor area. Clean and quiet. Had everything we needed. Had no issues! Highly recommend.

My friends and I came to Tampa for my boyfriend’s birthday and everything was perfect! The space was nice and there were so many amenities included. The location was perfect and we were able to easily travel to all of the nearby beaches. The pool was a great addiction as well as the covered patio with a tv. Couldn’t have been happier!

The home was absolutely perfect for our stay. We went to Tampa for a Busch Gardens family vacation and the pool was the cherry on top for the kids. The communication was amazing as well. When we are in Tampa again, we will most definitely see if this rental is available again!

Although the house was near a lot of businesses, it is a very safe location and conveniently located to a lot of restaurants, stores and activities. It is very easy to get in and out and the airport is about a 10 minute drive. The house was extremely clean and had all of the necessary items for a complete stay. I traveled with my elderly parents, ages 89 and 90 and provided a beautiful private outdoor sitting area with sofa and television. It was easily maneuverable for both of them. They spent a good amount of time outside enjoying the fresh air and weather. The covered jacuzzi in the back was an extra special amenity. Be sure to open all four windows to maximize the experience. This is a place I would definitely stay at again when I return to Tampa

I’ve stayed at a lot of airbnbs but this is probably the best one so far! The place was spotless. They had everything you needed. Comfortable furniture and beds. Definitely not cheap IKEA stuff. The pool was amazing and spotless. Floats were very clean. Outdoor dining furniture was very nice. So pretty at night with all the solar lights. Close to Tarpin Springs and Tampa. What really topped it off was there wasn’t 2 hours of work we had to do to check out! This place is amazing! 6 stars.
