Lovely little gite in the most stunning area at the foot of the castle and overlooking a walnut orchard. Close to many towns and areas of outstanding beauty and interest such as La Roque-Gageac and the ancient fort, Gran Roc with its incredible caves and Salat. Very peaceful place to stay with a delightful bistro 5 minutes walk and walking distance to the river and beach/canoe hire

We had a very good stay at the Moulin aux Ans, the accommodation is very cute, overlooking the waterway, the environment is quiet and very pretty. The pool available is great (to share with the other cottages). Small outdoor terrace very nice and several garden lounges available on the site. Valérie gave us very good advice about the surroundings and told us about good restaurants.

A very nice little cottage in the middle of Montignac. We rarely had such a nice AirBnB. Florie gave us great information and was easily accessible. This cottage is worth a visit.

Perfect base to explore around Marquay by car. The cottage is quiet, the environment peaceful and natural, the interior was enough for us to eat the products of the Sarlat market there every evening. Colette is adorable, and we leave even more filled with sharing and warmth. We recommend eyes a second thought!

The house is located in a secluded plot surrounded by woodland and with amazing views over the countryside. It has comfy beds, a modern kitchen with everything you need, a gas BBQ, a huge deck with outdoor seating and of course the lovely heated swimming pool. It is truly peaceful yet within an easy drive of Montignac with its supermarkets and riverside eateries. Saint Amand de Coly is a great base for exploring the Dordogne by car, with lots to see, visit and do within just half an hour’s drive and more further afield. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this super property.

This is really the best place for a stay in Sarlat! Step out of the frontdoor and you are in the beautiful medieval town. Step outside the garden (!) door and there is parkingspace and thus possibility for unloading and uploading your luggage. The house is charming and gives a nice cool when temperatures are above 30 degrees! Sitting in the garden is a pleasure! And feeding Caroline -who can run very fast!) -her half apple a day is also a feast! We recommend this house to all our family and friends and to all you readers of this review. Oh, yes, the kitchen is great! Since we did not want to eat out every day because of the very good food one can buy here and I love cooking, this kitchen is great! Jean Christophe was very friendly in all his communication by mail. (And yes, Albie sells the best!) Nelly was so friendly and sweet when she welcomed us! Thank you both very much! And don’t forget the little Caroline! We never hand-fed a turtle before ! We really grew fond of her! Super!!

Very nice place, nice host and available for guests. The only downside we had was perhaps the lack of outlets in the accommodation. We didn't think of it, but we should have asked for an extension cord or a double socket.

A very personal, warm welcome to a dreamlike refuge in a beautiful natural setting. The hosts left nothing to be desired and were always personally approachable and exceptionally helpful. Everything as described and the pool was fantastic. The surroundings offered many opportunities for chilling, sunbathing and barbecuing. We highly recommend this place. The only flaw in this paradise is the difficult access via stony field paths. We did it with a very cautious driving style.

Thank you so much for hosting us. Lou's cottage is really charming, cozy. Super comfortable bed, superb shower room, well-equipped kitchen and nothing better than having breakfast on the terrace with the chirping of birds. It's also great to be able to enjoy the large garden and play a little Frisbee with super Milo :) Thank you, have a nice summer in your beautiful place!

We throughly enjoyed our stay. We were met by Laurent's colleague who showed us how to lock the door from the inside. We didn't realize that locking the door from the outside (and unlocking it) would be such a challenge. But Laurent and his wife were readily available both times we needed instructions. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was exceptionally well equipped. In addition to the Nespresso, we appreciated the electric coffee maker with filters provided so we could make a pot of coffee. What stood out- 2 towels plus face cloth per person, the terrace, and a typewritten booklet by the owner with specific info in French and English about the apartment and area. Highly recommend this apartment and we would definitely stay again!

Very convenient since it's in a walkable distance to the medieval center and restaurants but in a very calm neighborhood. The studio is in a traditional architectural construction with beautiful views at either front or back . We love the bathroom with its shower adaptable to my wife's condition as a PMR.

What a hidden gem! Lovely place to really unwind and relax. Christine and Olivier really made us feel welcome and were responsive to any questions we had during our stay. Perfect location easily accessible and great parking area for if you hire a car. We will definitely be returning in the near future can’t recommend enough.

Sophie is a very welcoming and pleasant host, responsive. Clean accommodation, very good bedding. you have enough to keep you busy, tours, walks... Don't hesitate to go to Sylvie and Didier's without so much as a second thought. You will be very well received and guided according to what you want to do during your stay.

My wife and I cannot begin to express our appreciation for Louise as host and our accommodations during our visit to Le Bugue. My wife and I stayed at this apartment recently for seven nights. Communication with the host, Muriel, was excellent from start to finish. Check in and out was straight forward as Muriel picked us up at the station and her husband dropped us off. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, only a two or three minute walk from the centre. It is well equipped for making meals, despite not having an oven, has a lovely balcony and is quiet, especially at night. It also has the bonus of an underground parking space although a small car is required. I would certainly recommend this apartment as a base for staying in beautiful Sarlat and visiting surrounding areas.
