Hyvinkää Pearl is a 1.5 floor dream house designed by an award-winning architect. It has a master bedroom (with its own wing) with walk-in wardrobe and bathroom with shower. The utility room has access to the backyard with spectacular outdoor terrain. 2 large bedrooms and 70m2 living rooms are split by a 2-sided plastered fireplace. High quality wooden kitchen with direct view of the dining area. Warm storage at separate entrance. Car roof for 2 cars and a warm outdoor storage room. Finished yard and 50m2 terrace.

Seaside cottage

The seaside cottage is by the sea. The view is really nice as it looks at the sea all the way to the horizon. You can go for nice walks or swimming. Perhaps in the winter on a walk on the ice. Perfect spot if you have your fishing gear with you, or a canoe or SUP-board. The cottage works well for family, couples or just traveling alone. The place is also fine with small pets that do not shed. A sauna and reasonable amount of wood free of charge to warm up the sauna and smoker +fireplace outside.
