Great property, great host, and wonderful stay! The property is spacious, well appointed, very clean and fresh, and a retreat away from home! We really enjoyed our stay with 3 adults and 6 kids at the property. We had plenty of space, enjoyed the fireplace with the wood provided, and even the chickens. As we have chickens at home that just added to the appeal. This location worked really well for hitting the glowworms and Hobbiton!

Hayley has set up a beautiful place to stay. It's quiet, calming and has a homely feel to it. All the little touches (plants/candles etc) are such a nice touch to the space and everything is as is described. We are travelling from Christchurch for some training camps at the lake, and even the boys were looking forward to heading back and relaxing in the "comfy" house after the hard trainings. We were hoping to book The Barn for our 2nd training camp, but it's not available. However, we have re-booked for our 3rd and are looking forward to being back in this beautiful space :)

We had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect close to everything we needed yet peaceful and quiet. The home itself is absolutely beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and very comfortable. One of our favorite features was the EV car charger such a great convenience and definitely appreciated. Everything was clean and well-maintained. We’ll definitely be booking again next time we’re in the area!

Josie and Rob's place was beyond perfect for a Birthday weekend getaway of 6 adults. Every amenity you could think of, they had; the house was so comfortable in so many aspects. Not to mention the location, which was close enough to town and walkable to St Kilda cafes, but still in the peaceful countryside of Cambridge. Couldn't fault Josie and Rob too, their communication and helpfulness were unmatched. We are already dreaming of coming back.

Lovely place to stay. Very close to shops, cafes, the local pub/restaurant, and playground. We enjoyed easy walking to grab coffee and dinner. The house was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our weekend stay. The outdoor area was great for breakfast on the deck.

The property is located near the city and parks, we were able to walk around the area. The house was clean and looks exactly like the photos. Josephine was a great host!

I stayed at Glori’s place for a couple of nights on work trip. The place is great, good location and Glori offered some great tips on places to eat etc, she even leant me an umbrella which was kind of her. Would recommend!

Great place in a great location. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful, but you're only a couple minutes from shopping and restaurants. The home was clean and comfortable, and has obviously been well maintained. We loved all the windows! Absolutely recommend!

This place is placed really well for easy access to the main city. Car parking is right near the entrance and there’s only 2 small flights of stairs to climb. Caitlyn was really responsive and the unit was stocked with little extras to make your stay comfortable

A great central location with all you need in the apartment. Thoughtful touches with the Christmas decorations and also quiet despite being in a busy complex of apartments.

The location is very convenient—close to the CBD and supermarkets. The house was clean, comfortable, and cozy. Both hosts were kind and helpful, and they gave me lots of useful information during my stay. I really enjoyed my time here!

For us, this is a 5 star facility. Carla communication made us feel at home in her home where we had the entire downstairs level. The bed is very comfortable and the seperate living room with TV is an excellent space to relax. Microwave, fridge and tea making bench in the internal garage is a very useful. I was able to park in the garage and close the door which I appreciated, seeing Carla was absent. We felt very comfortable and recommend this clean, neat and tidy stay. Separate shower and toilet room for our exclusive use, completed the great stay. Thanks, for having us in your centrally located apartment. It is all that we needed for an overnight visit to Hamilton.

Great place very close to restaurants and places of interest in Hamilton. Modern townhouse that’s clean and a very accomodating host.

Glenn and Jordan have really thought about what people want in an air bnb. comfortable beds , cleanliness, space and security. They even have some extras in the kitchen for you to use. We highly recommend their place to other guests and hope that we can stay again. Thanks for having us.

Richard was an excellent communicator and very flexible with arrival times. The apartment was large and comfortable with lots of thought put into making it a great experience. The beds were so comfortable I took a note to upgrade my own. The linen was wonderful too. No smart tv but lots of books. Good off street parking for two cars and the apartment was in a good location for travelling in from the south and heading north. Great stay. Thanks Richard!

Very clean, spacious apartment. Easy to park in the single garage and one offstreet park. Kitchen is very well equpped, good size lounge and dining area, very comfortable for 5 to 6 adults. We heard 4-5 trains, but they didn't bother us, many trains weren't running over Kings Birthday weekend. Double beds were a little soft and small and pillows over full, will take my own pillow next time. Has a heat pump but didn't use it as the apartment was very warm.

Great place for a short stay. Has everything you need and is close to town and all the restaurants. Even has a small office for work trips. Internal access garage is a bonus although won't fit a large SUV. Great spot!
