Very cute house. Feels very homey. Great for what our team needed. If you are in Tallahassee I recommend staying here if it fits your needs.

We enjoyed our few days at this spot in midtown Tallahassee. The location relative to town was great, but keep in mind it is on a busy road and the side drive leads to multiple apartments. The blinds and curtains were nice, but not all windows had both, so headlights were distracting. The kitchen was our favorite part, and the laundry was a blessing. The beds were comfortable. Definitely stay here when you have more than just a couple people!

Jonathan communicates very clearly and responsively. The house was spotless and everything we needed was where we needed it.

Our family had a wonderful experience at this property, and everything was as described. Amber was very friendly and helpful. Our family was attending a family wedding, and this house gave us lots of room for everyone to get ready in, and lots of room to relax between wedding activities. The house is very child friendly. My 10 year old grandson and 2 year old granddaughter were part of our group. The House was very clean. There were many great restaurants in all directions around the area near the house. There is also a mall close by too. It was easy to get downtown or to get to the Interstate. When I return to Tallahassee I would stay at this property again.

This older home is part of a duplex, but has nice updated appointments. It was very clean and comfortable. The location is somewhat tucked away, but this makes it very quiet and peaceful. There are some main streets not too far that provide you with all you need. This home was perfect for our stay and we really enjoyed it! Great host and would definitely stay again. Thanks!!

We spent the Thanksgiving holiday/long weekend with our daughter at FSU. It was a very convenient location to visit our daughter's apartment as well as grocery and other stores. The home had everything we needed to prepare a traditional Thanksgiving dinner. The bonus was being able to bring our dog and for our daughter to be able to visit her furry friend. The fenced in backyard was a great place for our dog to run around and play. We also enjoyed smores while sitting around the fire pit. It was a very comfortable place for our entire family to stay and we would definitely stay again.

Super clean and no fake-smell. Easy load out/load in. Full size refrigerator was cold. Great water pressure in the shower. Shower drained well. The dog was occupied smelling every smell in the backyard. The pooper scooper was handy. Plenty of towels / washcloth. Good stay. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

Josue's place is amazing! the place was clean, easy to access, each bedroom has a bathroom. I mean the place was prestine when we came in. Everything in good working order and no issues whatsoever l. Josue is very responsive and accommodating. I definitely recommend his place.

Fantastic location and the pool was fantastic. Our son played in the pool for eight hours one day. Easy walk to a lot of restaurants.

Owner was very responsive. Pictures are accurate of what you can expect. The property has board games, coffee, cookware inside. On the outside there is a pool which we enjoyed, the neighborhood was quiet and around a lot of fast food options and grocery stores. Overall very satisfied with our stay and we would stay again in the future.

This house was a perfect place to host my family during a busy weekend at FSU. Loved staying in that part of town. Beautiful natural light in the morning and incredibly quiet evenings. A great space for two folks to stay at for any period of time.

The house gave a comfy cabin vibe! Loved all the amenities the house had to offer, our favorite were the kayaks. I would recommend this place to friends and definitely stay again. We really enjoyed staying at Kimberly’s place. It was very convenient to FSU and downtown Tallahassee. It was exactly as described. There were two dedicated parking spots right in front of the place. All instructions were straight forward and easy to follow. We’d happily stay there again when visiting Tallahassee

Everything about our stay was perfect! Melissa is an excellent host and everything from the description to the pictures of the house are exactly what you get. View was beautiful, beds and furniture are so comfortable. Screened in porch off family room was a favorite and we started and ended our days there. Kitchen is set up to cook anything you’d like and has everything you could need. It was a wonderful Easter trip to see our son and we’ll be back and will definitely rent from Melissa again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at the Rustic River Retreat. We came with our kids and young grandkids and everyone had fun. We loved tha canoes, kayaks, and fishing poles were provided, and we got to use them all. The river was beautiful and we could easily canoe and kayak upstream. The house was just as he said, rustic, and it was comfortable, private, and there was plenty of space for all of us. There were lots of windows with beautiful views of the surrounding area. We would definitely stay there again.

This Airbnb was perfect for what we needed - close to the venue we were visiting and roomy enough for our family group. Carlos not only had everything we needed, but also provided special treats for us to enjoy during our stay. The rooms were spacious and well decorated.
