Melenara ist sehr günstig gelegen und man erreicht mit dem Auto Las Palmas in 15 und Maspalomas in 25 Minuten. Zu allen weiteren beliebten Ausflugszielen gelangt man zwischen 15 und 45 Minuten. Die Wohnung ist ungeeignet für Gäste mit Kindern.

Apartment 50 meters from the beach. Beach with European Blue Flag. Wifi with fiber optic. Fully equipped, bright apartment. 10 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. Well located for touring the island. Located next to an avenue that runs along the entire coast of Telde and that has 5 beaches. On the avenue there are a lot of restaurants with fresh fish. There are supermarkets nearby and taxi and bus stops. There are shopping centers within 5 minutes.

We like being able to see seagulls and albatrosses in the wild and watch the landscape change every day There are several restaurants in the area. On wavy days you can see surfers practicing. It is very close to the avenue that connects several beaches of Telde.

Ideal for resting on the beach

The house has fantastic ocean views because it is located on a hill. To access the beach there are some direct access stairs to the dock. In the beach there are various restaurants, cafe and tobacconist. Near the house is Taliarte's pier where you can buy fish from fishing boats. The avenue connects several beaches with a great boardwalk for walking or sporting.
