Holiday rentals in Talgarreg

We have had the most wonderful long weekend at the cabin - it’s such a beautifully decorated, super cosy, incredibly clean & carefully thought out space. The garden is lovely and very secure for our dog. It has everything you could possibly need and then some. Super friendly hosts too, incredibly helpful and informative, always on hand (not that we needed much as everything is clearly laid out) but also left us to our own devices. The surroundings are stunning and so peaceful and yet you are only a ten minute drive from the gorgeous New Quay (highly recommend the food at the Pepper Pot & the fish and chips from the Captains Rendezvous) and the nearby Aberaeron is also stunning (10/10 breakfast at McGowans). Cue Bach beach was a fab recommendation from the hosts - nearby, quiet and picturesque (& dog friendly). Can’t recommend highly enough & would love to come back!

We had a super relaxing and peaceful stay at the Treehouse. Was lovely and cosy and we felt right at home. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. On Matt’s recommendation we spent a lovely day at Mwnt Beach too. Hopefully we will return one day.

What an amazing place! This is something special. It is a beautiful thought out structure with spectacular furnishings and such a well designed space. Underfloor heating! That is a first for me and my partner and I loved it. The hosts kept the rustic look alive in how they designed it and even had a thatched roof!. Outside the cottage is a world of summer flowers, carefully attended by the older lady who lived in the adjoining cottage. Of course the hot tub and sauna were a great addition. I loved that they did not spare expense with the furnishings from the well designed dish drip tray to the fancy fan in the bedroom. We wish we could have spent more time here as after a few days travelling we spent one of our days lounging in the hot tub with a glass of champagne whilst listening to the constant bird chorus and watching the horses saunter around in adjoining fields. Really is a magical space. We loved it. Thanks Paul

Antonio and Gwen provided a warm welcome to their place. The welcome hamper was wonderful and full of local treats and surprises. Talgarreg is very quiet and peaceful and is a welcome retreat. Everything in the property is as listed. It was spotless, warm and cosy. We can’t wait to return. Diolch yn fawr iawn Antonio a Gwen!

This cottage truly is magical. It’s historic significance and beautiful restorations make it a very special place to stay. The Cottage has an amazing log burner that really kicks out the heat and the host kindly left plenty of wood for us to use. Cozy and compact with all the basics. Perfectly placed for adventures and coastal walks.

This property is a hidden gem in a very tranquil area. The cottage's living room is large, its kitchen is fully equipped, its beds are clean and comfortable, and its bathrooms are lovely. For a family holiday, it had everything you could ask for. Simon and Charlotte were prompt in their communication. Although we were granted privacy, we were aware that we had immediate access to any assistance we needed. The experience was made even better by small additions such as freshly laid farm eggs, milk from a local dairy, and Welsh cakes that were left for us. Overall, the property exceeded our expectations

Jo and Matt were quite simply the most outstanding hosts I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with, their friendliness made me feel like an old friend, their warmth and kindness so welcoming and their ability to make me feel so at home in their gorgeous Cwtsh was a testament to their commitment to making their properties so unique, beautiful and inviting. Their property is in a beautiful area, so peaceful, relaxing and in close proximity to the gorgeous sandy beaches of Cei Bach and New Quay. Jo and Matt provide great recommendations for local food outlets, and were so happy to provide useful information about the local area and life in their part of Wales. I cannot recommend them enough as hosts as well as a truly superb stay in their gorgeous, comfortable, cozy and memorable Cwtsh, I’d be very surprised if anyone did not enjoy their stay here! This was a lovely stay, we really enjoyed our trip away to Wales and Sharon’s place made it all the better. The view is gorgeous and the cabin was very clean and modern. Definitely recommend - well worth the price!
