Roadside Treehouse

A treehouse that is located just two miles away from I-5 on exit 24. It’s by the roadside so expect cars passing by. Studio type. We only have WiFi extender from our barn so sometimes you can’t get a signal from the treehouse. We’re out in the countryside so there’s no street lights. It’s very dark at night. So if you come after dark please let me know ahead of time so I can tell how to get here specially if you come from I-5 south. The GPS will tell you to turn on our neighbor’s driveway.

The Carriage House is located on Kelly's Farm four miles from the city of Ashland and less than two minutes from Highway 5. This two story home is 440 sq. ft with two sliding glass doors affording a 360 degree view of the mountains and sunset. There is an upstairs and downstairs deck, a propane grill and kitchen is fully furnished, two burners, countertop oven, and rice maker among other things. Set up for three people using two beds. Dogs are welcomed but we don't accept cats.

My wife and I enjoyed a wonderful weekend at Lin & Lynn's place. The property is absolutely fantastic, from the tranquil farm setting to the excellent amenities such as the outdoor shower and fire pit. Both hosts were friendly and communicative, which made our stay seamless. I would definitely recommend this to others and plan to return next year!

This is one of my favorite Airbnb stays. Great value! Easy to find, includes parking spot and private patio and suite. Very clean and comfortable. Loved the fancy folded towels and jersey knit sheets and pillow cases that made the bed extra comfy. Elisa is artistic and creative and added several nice touches. Bathroom has large tub nice for baths and closet in bathroom has nice space for your luggage. There was a small ice tray in mini fridge I used to have ice water and there were also instant oatmeal packets, yogurt and waters in fridge. Very convenient stay that made me feel really able to relax and enjoy my vacation. Really loved the patio space. Elisa was very responsive and helpful. Couldn’t recommend more!

I truly enjoyed my stay and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a peaceful farm getaway near Ashland. The location is convenient to downtown, but the farm itself is the highlight. I loved walking the grounds, interacting with animals, and glimpsing daily farm life. The room was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged. Communication was smooth and accommodating. I especially appreciated the insightful conversations with the host—so much wisdom about sustainable farm management. Everything from the lighting to the shower and natural products was well set up. A calming and enriching experience—I hope to return in a different season!

We had a quick stay because we were picking up family at the airport. Vitaly’s place was perfect. Comfortable and exactly as described and pictured. His mother was lovely. We were very appreciative of being able to book the same night. We will definitely stay again when we have to go to the airport.
